    Re: Discipline Of The Wife

    The best advise here!!!!!!
Never ever strike anyone, unless in self defence or to defend the vulnerable. Not only is it a disgraceful cowardly act, but completely illegal. If you want someone to obey your Christian rules, then ask her if she will accept, accept her as your equal and if she can't obey your said rules, respect her decision, if you cant live with her unless she obeys then the relationship won't work. But for "gods" sake don't beat anyone. Please!!!!
Psalm 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done
abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

      That's not what God says.

          Don't speak without permission.
Keep your looks up for your Husband.
Allow Him to marry as many wives as He wishes.
Never disagree with Him. He is wise and we are dumb.
Never enjoy intercourse and never say no to Him.
Allow Him to punish you as He sees fit. Thank Him for it after.
Have every meal on the table in time. Make sure it's warm.
Give up any financial rights you may have to Him.
Accept that you are property and can be sold, whipped etc.
Give up your daughters to your visitors.
Never leave your house unless for DIRE necessity. Life or death.
Do not watch tv. Your only entertainment should be cooking and reading the Bible. Maybe sing if your Husband allows.
What you want doesn't matter. Your sole purpose is to please your Master.
Prostrate to Him whenever He walks into a room. Crawl to Him and kiss His feet until He asks you to stop.
Offer Him your body as a means of letting Him get out His frustration on you, His servant through corporal punishment or other means.
Pray to God every day to understand the limitations of a woman and to better serve your Lords.
Understand that you have no right to anything not even your children. They are His to do with as He sees fit.
Let Him beat you in front of the children if necessary, especially to instill in His daughters and Sons the position of a woman in His house.

Please make a thread of your own in the "Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.

And if you're here to flame us, better take a look at THIS before making an even bigger ass out of yourself.

I will pray that the Holy Spirit enter you and chase the demons out of your rectum and let Jesus fill you with His Grace. If you use your God-given free will to reject Christ and His temporary death on the cross for my sins, then you are sending yourself to hellfire.

You say you love God huh??? What about the scripture that says to honor your wife and give yourself to her like Christ gave Himself to the church? I don't remember anywhere even in the KJV bible where Christ slapped or even condoned slapping a women, you sir need to reread the scriptures!

As for the fool who said he keeps a spreadsheet of things his wife does and the punishment allotted for each wrongdoing, ... did Jesus ever keep a spreadsheet of our sins and wrongdoings??? I think not, Jesus said I will remember their sins no more!

Do you think Jesus would slap His mother? No!!

You guys are definitely in a cult, I fear for your souls... Lord forgive them they know not what they do.

This is what works for me in dealing with the wife in my Christian home. Feel free to share your methodologies and experience in the matter. Here’s my top 5:

1.) Explain the rules of the relationship, her conduct and her role in the home. God lays down His rules in the Bible and it’s only fair that we fully explain our rules to the woman. Do not leave any wiggle room for a “misunderstanding”. I find it helpful to keep a spreadsheet on my desktop and update as needed with the offense and the appropriate punishment. If she asks why we get to make the rules, resist the temptation to back hand her (for the time being) and open your KJV Bible:

1 Corinthians 11:3: "But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God."

If she does not fully agree with such clear and concise scripture, a backhand is in order. Repeat until she agrees with Jesus.

2.) Choose your methods for punishment in advance so she knows exactly what she stands to lose or the level of pain associated with each category of infraction. As an example, if she makes a snotty remark that the lawn needs mowing one week and gets a kick in the behind, and the next week you simply confiscate her crossword puzzle book for the same offense, you are sending mixed messages and failing in your duty to be as clear as God’s Word.

3.) Never argue or show weakness. As we know, the woman is as crafty as the serpent and will often resist her discipline with subtle comments that only slightly irritate you. If you allow this, it will escalate into a verbal confrontation and she may provoke you to the point that you lose all control. We do NOT want this to ever happen. Instead, the second the sassmouth starts back talking, administer the appropriate punishment and put an end to it. Remind her that Jesus didn’t mince words and you won’t either.

4.) Be fair. The punishment should fit the crime. Yes, overcooking the prime rib would, at first thought, call for a belt to the face, but control your tempers Brothers. We often need a quick prayer to get His advice. A more appropriate punishment in this case might be banning her use of the telephone for the next year. But don’t be too soft either. If she takes twenty dollars of your hard earned money with your ATM card to buy a new wardrobe, the belt should come off.

5.) Have compassion. If, after the discipline, she whimpers more than two days in her closet, let her out because she obviously isn’t reading the Bible anyway. Put her in her bed and start reading the Bible from Genesis 1 again to her. Emphasize that God made Adam first, Eve from Adam, the trickery of the woman, etc. She should soon see why she got herself in such a mess.

                  In Christ!

How is what you're saying anything different from this ?

Loving Christian discipline done as God commands according to His perfect word, the Bible. Mudslimes are just crazy people following some crazy moon god. Of course for a heathen like you there might not be much difference, but Christianity is force of good and Islam is force of evil.

This what you wrote about discipline of the wife makes me sick. You have to realize that your (poor) wife is also a person just like you. With feelings.
And you should treat her with respect and love like you want to be teated as well. Men and women are equal both with their own qualities, do you threat her as an equal? or just like a pet? And something like an 'appropriate punishment' does not exist. instead of punishing her you should talk to her! and think about what she has to say. maybe compromise a little? I hope you think about what I say, and hopefully it will make you to a wiser man!
Psalm 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done
abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Awww, ain't that sweet? Too bad there's nothing in the Bible to justify any of it, huh?

Friend, women have no soul, therefore there are no feelings to hurt.

God created everyone and everything. He created cows, women and dogs. All have a job to do, to serve man. Cows for steaks, women for cleaning and child bearing, dogs for hunting.
Man has the tremendous responsibility to manage everything. How about showing a little compassion for us?
