    Man persecuted for enhanced interrogation of wife!

    A shocking case of persecution:
    OCTOBER 28--After accusing his girlfriend of cheating on him, a Nebraska man allegedly tied the woman to a couch in their apartment and waterboarded her, according to police.
    Trevor Case, 22, has been charged with domestic assault, false imprisonment, and making terroristic threats in connection with the bizarre incident early Saturday morning at the Lincoln home he shared with the 22-year-old victim.
    Police allege that Case stuffed "hospital socks" into Danielle Stallworth's mouth and bound her wrists with belts and hair ties before placing a shirt over her head and dousing it with water, according to a Lincoln Police Department report. “He poured a pitcher of water on her head, and she started freaking out and thought she wasn’t able to breathe,” cops noted.

    The waterboarding practice, of course, leaves victims with the sensation that they are drowning.
    Bush didn't ask for a permission slip to defend his country, so why should we expect men to wait for a permission slip to defend their marriage? (And they are married, just as much as Adam and Eve were.)

    I also don't understand what "making terroristic threats" means. Does this man look like a terrorist:

      The story says it's his girlfriend. They are living in sin so he should expect no spousal protections via the law.

      However, if this had been between a husband and wife, I have to think the cops would have just left it alone. Would be the right thing, anyway.

        He isn't.

        Anyway, since Landover Baptist Church is the only True Christian(tm) church, anyone who was not married here is living in sin. There's no difference between being "married" by a Catholic priest and being "married" in World Of Warcraft, or saying you were married because a day-old-pizza told you that you are.

        However, this man's actions certainly indicate he's a True Christian(tm). And if the secular media wrote about Eve, it would call her "Adam's girlfriend", because the think that the media spectacle of a wedding means something, while the heart of God means nothing.

          I am unmarried at present but I pray that true marriage is part of God's plan for my life at some point.

          Leave it to the media to mess up the report about this man. I shouldn't be surprised that the only trustworthy written word is the King James Bible of 1611.

                So this woman wants to break up their marriage just because she wants to have lesbian sex and suddenly she is the victim here? This shows you what is wrong with out country. Some REAL American tries to fix something and he ends up just getting arrested.

                Shouldn't the cops be out chasing REAL criminals?

                  How anyone could believe a cheating wench anyway's is beyond me, her husband was only trying to save her from HELL and went to jail for it because of Satan worshiping demons in disguise as policemen. True policemen would be grateful of this man for doing their job for them.

                    If you had bothered to read the thread, she isn't his wife, she's his live in girlfriend. So no the man isn't "innocent" here. They're both sinful fornicators and deserve what they get.

                      Here here, brother! What this man says is God's Word! He should have gotten himself a knot all tied up before thinking he has got all them there privileges he reckon he should have. Caribou whiskers! My goodness gracious, he could have been dancing around the whole marriage issue because of his times in the truck stops rock-trucking and Farsi-lucking his tarty bags.

                      But on to the whole privilege deal at hand. If he were a husband and all that and not some Cuomo textual chart, he would have been in the right and God would have given him all the graces and Jesus would have shown them police officers the Light. The Light, you hear! Amen!
