Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Why do these idiots come on a CHRISTAN website, refuse the read the FAQs and wonder why we could care less about
them. They simply fail to realize........ wait for it........ they have demonstrated they could care less about us and like little
babies, want to be the center of the universe and have us answer a question when we know them from, well, Adam.

I agree with a lot of what you are saying James, unfortunately a lot of these basement dwellers are too small minded to understand the such simple points you are making. I do wonder if it is a lot cause trying to get through to people like this sometimes.

Joseph, the Bible makes it abundantly clear that slavery is perfectly fine.

Gen 9:25And he said, Cursed [be] Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.

Exd 21:2If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing.

Exd 21:5And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free:

            Servants, not slaves.

Reverend, I had this discussion with a friend recently regarding servants/slavery and I totally agree. In most circumstances slaves will have a much better quality of life if they are destined to serve than they would have otherwise (i.e. homeless and hungry)

Im not sure if this is relevant or not... But there's slavery in Fallout 3...

For the most part Fallout Depicts it as Evil... No that anyone uses Fallout as a moral Compass... Im just saying for the sake of staying on topic that Its an issue the game brings up to the player.

No, they are slaves but the word used is "servant". Look at Exodus 21:2 -- you buy slaves, you pay servants. And look at Exodus 21:5 -- the servant is talking about his master and says he won't go free.

There are many other verses involving slavery in the Bible if you got out of your gaming seat and picked up a King James Bible.

Yes, I know Fallout 3 has slavery but that didn't bother me because it is in the Bible.

                    No problem BRO,
I enjoy many types of games (both digital and analog) It is a shame that such a great game like Fallout 3 must be littered with such horrid themes.
Let me know if you need any more material on some vidya game.

Slavers are the only character in which the character is rewarded with positive karma by murdering. you can lay waste and massacre Paradise Falls (the slaver's headquarters in the capital wasteland, not the location in the charming movie "Up"), and come out a morally better person.

You can get positive karma for more than just slavers. Such as Tenpenny. But there are more that that even.

There is no question that Fallout depicts Slavery as evil.. I don't think that was out of religious intent but rather because it is popular opinion.

Son, while you're on these boards you do as your told! Those games are filth and will pollute your young mind. When you're 18 do you want to be in prison for life after going on a psychotic rampage at your school? Do you want to be socially alienated and shunned by others? You are young so you can save yourself before it is too late.

Imagine if I told Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris this when they were 13.
