Exactly how is my wife "provoking my children to wrath"? If anything she is way too easy on them.

Oh right, because she doesn't allow them to become fat little dough boys, zombified in front of computer screens. Instead they go out and actually interact with the world.

Oh yeah, she should definitely go to jail for that. Why just today They were out discussing how God changes the colors of the leaves. THE HORROR!

There would have been an explanation in the note with the infraction. Sheesh, you whine as bad as a 2-year-old when you receive a correction.

According to my infraction, i received it for being incorrect and not funny. I dont find child rape funny, but I do find incorrect research amusing.

You appear to be under the same misguided idea that im complaining, im not, just asking how it works with opinions.

In my opinion, this article is incorrect, although I agree with its ultimate statement. Apparently stating this is worthy of an infraction?

You quoted a part of my sentence, and in doing so gave the appearance that I was contradicting myself. As I have already posted and clearly shown, I wasn't contradicting myself in anyway shape or form.

I will once again endeavour to make my point clear.

Your initial statements in this thread amused me because of the obvious lack of research and knowledge of the subject upon which you are preaching. The subject of child abuse, or abuse of any person, is not amusing to me in any way at all.

In my opinion only an idiot would be struggling to understand the very simple points I'm expressing here.

Onto the actual subject of my post, your statement is incorrect for the following reasons;

Having played and completed the entirety of this game, I know 100% that the game does not;

A) have any homosexual content whatsoever (I am deeply appalled by such content and would have been very very upset should it have been present)

Have any kind of demonic/vampiric/witch representation at all. It is set in a futuristic timeline where alien species are attacking a humanoid species. Very specifically, the characters you play as are not human, they are human in appearance. The theory behind this game goes against the knowledge that god created the universe, and that is where I have a problem with the game. One of many problems in fact.

C) At no point did I witness sodomy or bestiality.That is complete fantasy and I have NO idea where you have imagined this from.

D) The Real ID system is like any other social interaction system. Both Myspace and Facebook have come under fire from the media and the authorities for their use by child abusers. In the short time I experienced the game you are refering to, I never had to give out any information regarding my name, location, whereabouts or appearance.

There are reasons why this game should be banned, and certainly not sold to anyone under the age of 21, but your reasons aren't any of them in my opinion.

ok. i am new to this thread and i have read nothing but the first couple posts, and the last couple posts, forgive me for not knowing the inbetweens.

i am an avid player of world of warcraft (go blizz!) and the way you describe the realID system is so funny it made me giggle. i use the system and so do a variety of my friends, we have never been raped (lolol)

posting your personal information through this system is completely optional and you have to accept other people to your friends before they can view said info.

the realID was put in place so i can see which of my buddies are online, no matter what character they are playing, or what game they are playing (WoW or Starcraft basically)

i find most of this disturbing in the sense that people are taking video games this seriously, a bunch of christians trying to control other's lives is what i see. this is why i do not involve myself with religion
