Its not a lie.

Children are warned by the game creators at the start that they might be approached by people who ask them to do strange or inappropriate things with them. The game tells the player that if they ARE approached by one, to leave the server, and report it.

Also, just a curious question, Cranky Old Man, how do you know this game is crawling with pedophiles?

Rev. I meant no offense by that, I was simply confused that Minecraft could possibly be considered offensive and inappropriate. I have played this game for many years, and I am simply trying to defend the game.

Minecraft is an interactive world where you can build anything, anywhere, anytime. Nowhere, however, does the game tell you to construct dirty, or hateful things. The Creepers in the game are not shaped like penises, and were actually made by accident, when a glitch occurred during the development of a pig. Children do not interact with Pedophiles, and are warned upon creating an account that they can be approached by such figures in the game, and that they are advised to stay away from them.

I know this is not a debate forum, but I simply wanted to inform you that the information you must have received is false.

Instead of thanking us for listening you should try listening to the lies you spread for once. First you say that children don't interact with pedophiles and in the very next sentence you claim interaction with pedophiles is an important feature and advertised right at the start of the game. Which is it?

Nonsense, the pig is not a building block so there is no reason whatsoever why it would have to look like blocks. Also modern video cards are very capable of rendering much more decent graphics. There can be only one conclusion here. The maker of this game wants to mock God!
