I meant no offence, just wanted to state my opinion. Minecraft is a creative game were you have fun building, it isn't meant to mock gods creations or whatever you guys are saying, it'a just a bit of fun.

What do we want with creativity? God is the Creator, the One who gives life and decides what is and what isn't. There is simply no reason for a bunch of masturbating Cheeto-eaters to sit around some office and devise a game that takes from Bible study time and distorts God's glory.

That's how it starts...with a bit of "innocent" fun...next thing you know you're standing over the corpse of a child you just raped and murdered wondering how it got out of hand so quickly.

Satan is very clever and insidious is his ways of leading us off the path of righteousness, and it is a very steep and rapid fall. Luckily God gave us His Word as a guide to keep on the path...and so I am sure you can now see that anything that does not glorify God is in fact glorifying his enemies, and is a direct conduit to evil.

Evil propagates uninhibited, that is, it follows the Malthusian growth model. This is why you find that we are so serious about keeping our youngsters away from things like this. They are more vulnerable and can be lost so quickly, and the consequences are the most dire, for their eternal soul is jeopardized. So, we are not actually "overreacting," since no reaction is too strong.

I am glad to see you are at least trying to do something Christian in this horrible disaster that is Minecraft. Others have tried this as well. But, since Minecraft is the pedofiles #1 source of innocent children, it's still best to never play Minecraft again. Ever.

In the game lets say you are stranded and you have to survive to win and god is along with you all the way the creators of minecraft never intended hell the players created that not them.

Okay, I just make a new account and I see this thread...
Why I choose to respond? Well, I play Minecraft. There, now accuse me of being homosexual and any other bad words you can throw at me. Why does simply playing a GAME make a person evil? This is all kind of extremist, if you ask me.

So...the game being about blocks or something: The key distinguishing thing about Minecraft is that it is all 'blockey' and that is what makes it unique. There are no circles or anything, just animals or blocks with sharp angles. Does a unique idea like that condemn the game?

Also, you guys are assuming Minecraft to be some nest for pedophiles or something, but in reality, pedophiles are probably everywhere...Sure there are some parts of the game that are not that morally uptight, but they are not trying to ingrain any message into our brains.

And I play Minecraft. Is that a big deal? Just because I play what I think is interesting does not make me screwed up as you all WILL say I am.

On an ending note, why do most of the forum members on this site make so many generalized assumptions? Someone who "Plays Minecraft" is not always homosexual. Sure, there can be homosexuals that play Minecraft, but there can also be homosexuals 'being a Christian.' I know many friends that are NOT AT ALL GAY and play Minecraft. It makes me sad how this 'game' is supposedly evil because of true facts that were distorted in a way as so the game seems bad... :*(
