1-The picture you're showing is an hantai pic, it's made for masturbating and will not, in any case, be a part of an oficial 3DS game.
2-The 3DS make a feeling of deep, you'll be able to see more easily what's nearest of you but you won't be able to turn around a picture thanks it. This fact of turning around something is simple 3D, like you and me and it exists for more than 30 years.
