1. I believe that the ecchi picture is not from a game.
2. Even if it was from a game it would either:
A) Not come with the 3ds and be advertised separately with a Mature/Teen ERSB rating on it (Most likely mature)
Come in a package with the 3ds, but, having the game and package the game comes with Mature/Teen

And the game is available exclusively on... The Nintendo 3DS!

Doubt that it was from a game, unless you can show me the game it was from, we'll say it wasn't from a game (As they say, innocent until proven guilty)

I have sent this message from a 3DS and am enjoying every second of it. Oh and one last thing, I have set a curse upon all that have said wrong about Nintendo.
