Not so. Teenagers are idiots. As myalination of the brain in not complete untill the early 20s, teenagers or demonstrably mentally deficient compared to people 10 years older.

The obsession with masturbation, ego centric behaviour and troop culture (gangs) as well as hopeless crushes and consequent allegations to the authorities on un obtainable people (teachers, builders, psychotherapist, to name but three).

Teenagers are not mature, by definition. In fact the very use of the word 'mature' has been shown in test to drop dramatically in frequency as age reaches >20 (>45 in women).

Don't be so self involved, have a wash, stop touching yourself and go to a decent (Baptist) church and you will be fine untill you reach your majority and can be trusted to make decisions.

I had said 'mature ENOUGH', not 'completely and utterly mature'.
Besides, not all teens are bad. Firstly, I am not obsessed with masturbation (I admit, I do that at most twice a week. Some of my classmates do them twice a day, which is absurd if you think of the contrast) and girlfriends. Please, do not jump to conclusion just based on a corner of a piece of evidence.
Also, by definition teenagers are not mature enough, they are still maturing. Such things like unstable emotions, growth of pubic and armpit hair, development of physical feature are all signs of maturity. If by your definition that teenagers are not mature at all, then I wouldn't have pubic hair, nor would my younger sister have more develop breasts than before.

If I had regularly and thoroughly looked over my sister's chest area, I would not have noticed any change, because puberty goes quite a few years, and little by little, people change in physical appearance. So in fact, if I had looked regularly, then I would have noticed pretty much no change every single time.
The fact is that I've only recently noticed that, because that day, we had moral education at school, and the teacher had talked about puberty. So I finally noticed what had changed about my sister because of that lesson.
So before you accuse me of something, think about all possibilities. Your lack of basic logic and common sense sickens me.
