Thou shalt not kill only applies to unsanctioned killing. Obviously it doesn't apply to executions:

I think baseball bats would be too conspicuous, especially since the Giants just stole the world series from George Bush's Texas Rangers. I'm going to buy a brand new taser for this trip. A taser is quick and doesn't cause permanent damage, but it will give those fags something to think about.

I would like to start a new annual field trip tradition for all True Christians men and the male members of the Landover Baptist Church. Every year the first weekend in December I will arrange a weekend trip to one of the world’s gayest cities. Hopefully we will get plenty of opportunities to save homers from their disgusting and sinful lifestyles by beating some Godly sense into their AIDS infected bodies.

To make it easy for all my blessed brothers in The US of A, I suggest that our first trip goes to San Francisco, the queerest of all US cities and by far the creepiest place in God’s own country.

Brother Vigo, outstanding idea, outstanding! I was going to make a suggestion that we charter a few 747 jets, but I think that a few dozen buses would be better. We can pull over and set up tents like they used to in the old days and have revivals along the way. If we pass a group of Homers we can administer a sound Bible beat down. I still have a large amount of stones and a semi to haul them.
