    Re: Nail Polish?!?!? For Boys?!?!?!

Look Lolita, you're just some ignorant broad so I'll cut you some slack, okay?

Putting nail polish on a young boy will turn him gay because children's minds are still wiring neurons in the brain and he will assume himself a prissy little girl, which will then cause homosexuality later in life as he assumes the "bottom queen" role in the homosexual deathstyle. Are you so ignorant to assume that anything that happens to a young kid won't affect him in the future?

Let me guess: You would be foaming at the mouth if some parent taught a 3-5 year old that Hitler was God and that all Jews and Negroes must die. I mean, what a terrible parent, right? Yet, you're trying to say that influencing a child does nothing at that age so according to your reasoning, we have nothing to worry about. This child, growing up in a racist, hateful househould will not be racist nor be a jerk to others different from them.

Right? Or are double standards at work here?

Also how are we NOT True Christians(tm)? Can you please point us to a Bible verse that shows we are wrong? You seem to make an awful lot of ASSUMPTIONS about what Jesus would think and what a Christian should be. In fact, all of it is nowhere in the Bible. So, just point us to the verses where we erred and that would be great, mmkay?

Finally, how can you say you are against homosexuals because it's wrong....yet defend them, and then say that God disagrees with us. Can you make up your mind on which side you're on, you dumb broad?

First, let me address Cranky Old Man. I'm not even going to address your first question. That is preposterous. I never said it only applies to old stuff. Nowhere in my reply does it even insinuate that. So stop putting words in my mouth, okay? And honestly, yes watching gay porn is a sin. Because it's gay porn. But let's keep to the subject, shall we? Nail polish. And you should care how it looks. Because the way you alienate people, you're practically slapping them away from the truth, not trying to show them.

As for you, Mr. Osbourne. I refuse to call you Rev, because I like to know people's credentials first. Ignorant broad am I? I believe that you are just miffed because I do not agree with you one hundred percent like you are probably use to receiving. I would like to know how you know that putting nail polish on a young boy will turn him gay. Have you seen this happen before? Do you have any actual proof? Or are you just assuming it will progress from there? Wiring neurons? No, honey, that is not the right term for it. A young child is slowly growing, yes, but all of their neurons are intact. They are not still wiring. If they were still "wiring", he probably shouldn't have left the womb yet. I do believe some things will affect a young child in the future, but something so minuscule as nail polish is something that he will most likely forget.

Foaming at the mouth? No. Would I be appalled? Yes. It would be a terrible parent. But you want to know something amazing about humans? We have different personalities. We can understand things and form concepts about things that other people think about differently. That is what makes us all unique. Someone who even though might be introduce into a horrible environment has the will power to think differently. To act differently than how they grew up.

I never said you weren't True Christians. I only said I feel like you are not. I never said you weren't so if you are a true Christian, telling you my feeling should not threaten you in the slightest. I never said you were wrong either and if you feel threatened, maybe that says something about you rather than it says about my feelings. Are you trying to pull what Cranky Old Man was trying to do earlier? Put words in my mouth, sir? Please don't.

I'm just expressing my feelings. Not saying anything to hurt you. But I do feel like I'm being a bit redundant when I say, you shouldn't feel anything about my feelings.

I'm not defending them. No where did I ever defend them. I told you I don't agree with them. But I don't wish any earthly pain on them here. God will do whatever he likes to them because in the end it's up to him. Not me. Who am I to wish harm on other people?

I actually think it's clear what side I'm on. I'm not a dumb broad as you so like to throw that insult around. I have not insulted you, sir. I'm being respectful. You can too.

        Re: Nail Polish?!?!? For Boys?!?!?!

Don't sidestep the questions, woman. You think that we are not True Christians(tm). So my challenge is for you to show us Bible verses which prove us wrong.

You also seem to be need to be shown of a "scientific study" which proves if you raise a kid a certain way, he/she will turn out that way. You don't need a study, you need common sense.

Look at all those little terrorist kids raised in the middle east. At 8 years old they watch Mickey Mouse teach them the glories of suicide bombing. But, according to your thinking, parenting and teaching has absolutely no influence on a kid. Beautiful logic there.

Also, you will call me Reverend. I am a graduate of Biola College '65 so there's your credentials right there.

          Re: Nail Polish?!?!? For Boys?!?!?!

This is probably beyond the capabilities of your tiny brain, but I am going to try it anyway. This is going to hurt a little, but I am going to introduce you to something called "logic". It might seem scary at first but in a little while you might even get used to it.

Let's look at your statement here:

Then look at what you said a little while before that:
Originally posted by LolitaHavanna View Post

I highlighted the important part. What we have here is called an "inconsistency". A breach of logic. First you claim boys are allowed to use nail polish because it wasn't around when the Bible was written. Then you claim you never said or even insinuated that the Bible doesn't apply to new things. Am I getting through yet? That weird feeling you are getting in your head now is called "using your brain".

And it is indeed clear you do not have your husband's permission to be here. No proper Christian husband would ever expose the world to the likes of you. My guess is that you are not even married. Am I right?

            Re: Nail Polish?!?!? For Boys?!?!?!

Sidestep the question? No, I believe I answered it.

You see. I did answer your question, Mr. Osbourne. I don't need to be shown some "scientific study", Mr. Osbourne. You make a very good point. Common sense. It's something that everyone has. It helps a lot of people make out things differently from other people. Some people have a lot of it and others have a little of it. Common sense can help you transform into an adult from a terrible childhood. I've seen many people who have overcome so many great obstacles in their life. Some do it through God. Some do it without. That is not scientific study, Mr. Osbourne. That is common sense.

And here we go with putting words in my mouth. You guys do try to pull this one a lot. That and twisting words for different meanings other than I intended. But you can't shake me, Mr. Osbourne. I never said it had any influence on a kid. It does. But sometimes children prevail over their adults.

Oh? I will? I think not. While you can freely type whatever credentials you would like, I do not have to trust them. I rather see for my own eyes. So you are not a Reverend in my eyes and so you will be called, Mr. Osbourne, by me.

And now I get to you Cranky Old Man. Tiny brain? Or am I just pointing out several inconsistencies of your own? And not to mention showing your true colors when someone has just a tiny question or notices something that does not make sense in your reasoning.

Thank you for quoting both of what I said. So that it up there and clear. Do you realize what you just asked me? I never said that I agreed with boys wearing nail polish or not wearing nail polish. I was actually making a point about it being a concrete "girl" thing. You are taking what I said into an entirely different viewpoint then it should be. I never said the bible didn't pertain the the new things either. I think we're getting off subject again. I can understand where you might be confused and perhaps I worded my sentence wrong. I apologize if you mistook my words for a different point. But now that you do know, we can continue on and have a hopefully civil, though I doubt it since no one else on here seems to want to do that, discussion over this.

Who are you to judge on someone being a proper Christian? You certainly don't seem like a proper Christian to me. And no, I'm not married. Does it matter? I don't think so. I'm waiting for God to put someone in my life. Why do you take such interest in that aspect of my life, sir? It has nothing to do with you.
