    What does the Bible think of me?

    Just curious. I'm a pre-op transsexual woman. As I read the Bible, it really doesn't mention us in there, does it?

    Anyway, we all know that Landover knows more about Gods' will than tthe Bible ever could. What does god think of me?

    For that matter, what does that mean is Gods' preference for my sexuality? Is it a sin for me to have sex with men when only my genetalia is male? Or is it a sin for me to be with women because I am one?

    There's only one god, TaraHo. Also, the bible is a book, it doesn't think. The words are written there in black on white. Clearly the power of Jesus is calling to you, otherwise you wouldn't have sought out advice from this forum.

    The fact that you have to ask this question shows that you already know that you are a sinner. Even thinking those thoughts is sinful. If you go ahead with your plan despite your moral objections, what do you expect God to think? I think you already know the answer. Maybe you could describe how you plan to answer to God after your life of sinful depravity?

      Meh. I tried being a man. Didn't really work out for me. I cried too much and just generally never got it. Spent most of my teen years silently pleading with my body not to change and jealous of girls because they got the good part of puberty while I got the shaft. Dating was weird because while other guys said they never understood women, I never really had that problem but long term, I could never be the man they wanted in a relationship.

      As it stands, if anything, Jesus needs to answer to me as to why he gave me a penis! I could sure as hell do without it!

      God? You can take it back now! I don't need it anymore!

      Geeze, I'd think you people would at least be satisified with the fact that I won't be passing my genes on to the next generation now!

            BTW, you never did answer my question: which one is a sin for me? Men or women? I like both but prefer men. If it's a sin, I'll just have to settle for a man who doesn't mind sinning, won't I?

                As much as it disturbs me that a man should be displeased with his creation by God – it’s rather like throwing away a gift – I considered your situation, which in my limited experience is extremely rare.

                I came to the conclusion that you are a man and that God has cursed you either directly for some great blasphemy or indirectly via your parents, who must have been grievous sinners and are thus horribly ashamed and embarrassed (and rightly so too, just imagine how awful it must be to be tied by blood bonds to some creep!)

                God does not take freaks lightly, and it appears that you intend having bits chopped off. Well, as the Lord says, “M't:5:29: And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.” And yet as Brother Eliot says, this will preclude you from any form of Christian worship, voting, etc. This, in its turn will mean that you would have to become a True Christian yet never attend church… difficult… (however see the PayPal button, you can click it from the comfort and security of your own home.)

                So we move to the question of marriage (for I assume that fornication was not on your list of potential sins.) Above we see how you were created a man and therefore lying with another man will, for all eternity (or your life which is ever the shorter) be a sin and an abomination.

                The only way forwards is to become a lezbean, yet you should wear men’s clothes (at least you won’t stand out like some circus sideshow there; half of the lezzers dress like that also.)

                I like to think that you will not disobey the commandment “De:5:20: Neither shalt thou bear false witness against thy neighbour.” Now this commandment encompasses the silent lie, such that if you walk around clothed like some male lezbean (i.e. as if you have dressed in a hurry in a charity shop and cut your hair short with a blunt kitchen knife in the dark), a short-sighted male may take you for a gamine young lady despite a slight hint of stubble, hairy legs, a gait as if you’ve lost your horse and a large Adam’s apple.

                Therefore and thus, you should wear a prominent placard saying, “I was born a man and I don’t do that sort of thing!” (If I could trust a weirdo like you, I’d just suggest that you announce at every introduction, “Hello, I was a man but I had bits cut off, a hole drilled and I now wear make-up and call myself Lurlene.”)

                The above advice may not be easy for you, but after all, it’s your choice of lifestyle and there’s bound to be some little difficulties if you insist on being unlike the rest of us.

                  Oh, really? Damn! I love flowery, girly clothes! And makeup and jewelry and long, styled hair.

                  Hey, wait. Even before I started to transition I have done nursing work. I have to wear scrubs to work and scrubs always seem to be made for women. Am I sinning by wearing the uniform that my job insists on?

Why these unsaved vermin need to spend their days whining and complaining about the way God made them is beyond me. Any form of questioning God's Infinite Wisdom is a blasphemy in my view, and can only grease the skids on the tracks to hell.

                            Tara Jo, I believe Brother Bathfire has answered your question pretty clearly, but I realize he can be a bit verbose and sometimes overshoots his audience. Here's the 1040EZ (short form) version:

                            1. You were created a man by God. No matter what you do surgically, you will STILL be considered a man by God.

                            2. As stated in Leviticus and in Romans 1, God considers it a horrifying abomination worthy of death and damnation for a man to lie with a man as he lies with a woman. In other words, if you get a sex change and become outwardly a woman, you will still be a Hellbound sodomite if you have relations with a man.

                            3. Since you were created a man, the only people with whom you should be having relations are women . . . your wife, to be specific.

                            The course of action Brother Bathfire and I would recommend, if you are bound and determined to go through with this penectomy, is as follows:

                            1. Find yourself a lezbean who loves everything about you except your genitalia.

                            2. Get MARRIED, LEGALLY, as man and wife. Then, your relations will not be fornication (another sin).

                            3. If living as a female is insufficient and you feel the need to remove your genitals, be sure to let God know that the reason is because you feel they may tempt you to sin as a homersexual.

                            See, now you can be happy and fulfilled, living as a woman in a Godly monogamous relationship with your legal wife. Note that it is required that you marry as man and wife BEFORE you have your "change", as you cannot be legally wed as man and wife AFTER.

                            Of course, if your goal is to be the cabin boy of a burly, hairy chested pirate, or the catcher for a certain Major League pitcher, then you need to try out Betty Bower's BASH ministry (Baptists are Saving Homersexuals)!
