President Trump is working on sending each citizen $1,000. He is also fast tracking cure ideas.

I think much of this will be at China's expense as well. After Trump raises the debt as much as possible he might say "I am fining China 10 trillion for their disastrous Corona virus handling. This amount will be deducted from our national debt".
