Ha ha! Would you eat a raw broccoli?

Broccoli is best served shortly boiled or fried at high temperature with garlic, rosemary, thyme and other herbs; or roasted in the oven with previous mentioned herbs, oven dried tomatoes, or blanché, served with cheese fondue. And then I´m sure I missed some opportunities to serve and eat broccoli. Boiling it to a unidentifiable mess is nothing less than an act of barbarism.

That is a LOOOONG story! If you must know what church I was in the Church of England, I went to St Peters Church in Bolton. I'm not sure if I consider them failing me though, they were teaching me what they thought was right. My disbelief took a few years to come about, and will require more than the space in this post to describe!

Most atheists are obsessed with gay sex, as that's the number one reason people leave the loving embrace of an invisible being. In time, they determine to fill that hole in their heart by placing things into their soul via the rectum. I don't know if anyone can really say why. Some say it's a Freudian thing - obsession with pooping as babies becomes obsession with gay sex as adults. Some say it's the consequence of a depraved soul - losing the ability to think logically. I'm not sure, but perhaps even you can be helped. I will keep you in my prayers, at least until the LORD directs my prayers elsewhere.

Well, thank you for your prayers, however, I can't say I'm obsessed with gay sex! I would presume a homosexual might be into gay sex, but as a straight man I can't say I give it much thought.

As for the 'filling in the blanks', I don't mean this to offend, but as an atheist I don't think it would be proper of me to fill it in, I don't consider Jesus to be a saving grace, so it would not be a moral thing to fill in the blanks as it would constitute a falsehood. I really don't mean to offend you over this.

Also, "incomplete Introduction", what do you mean by this? And how do I correct it?

Welcome friend. I believe (and trust) in God, country and family, in that order.
I live by and follow the KJV Holy Bible EXACTLY as God had it written. I do not even try to interpret or manipulate any of His guidance. I do as it says. If God wanted the instructions to be different, He would of had the Bible changed.
Either you are with God (and therefore, a True Christian(tm)) or you are not and doomed to an eternity in Hell. It does not seem like much of a choice, does it son? Make the right one.

Hi there, well, after a rather helpful post from a previous contributor I realise that KJV stands for King James Version. I am familiar with it, I do own a copy and am familiar with it. Even as an atheist I can appreciate the splendid liturgy and eloquent prose

As for my 'doomed to eternity in hell', we'll I did believe that once, a few years ago, but since losing my faith (and thereby my belief in hell) death has lost it's sting. Personally I think that it's this life that matters, and that's what we must focus on to improve.

What brought you to Christianity if you don't mind my asking?

Well, I don't believe in god, or that Jesus is the saviour, so a statement like 'I rejected Jesus' would imply an assertion that Jesus is a real thing, something which I don't believe. So completing the sentence would involve me lying about my own beliefs.
