I also think it's hilarious that you guys have astronomy on the list of things that God hates, as stars are beautiful when seen by the naked eye, but when they're seen through a telescope, they're something else entirely (and I've also seen Andromeda through my binoculars too).

    But that's just my opinion.
Not going to have children?! How will the west and Gods blessed peoples defeat the muslim sourge without lots of fresh soldiers! Also, astronomy is clearly evil becuase it is peering to closely at . It's like peering down his pants.

Hi, welcome to the forum. I'm so happy that Jesus is leading you towards Salvation and hope that you accept His offer so that you can be redeemed from slavery to the prince of this world.

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

One way he blinds minds is through astrophysics. This is a very effective way to deny God because it requires that we believe in deep time and that stars are still being created. These beliefs contradict The Bible which means that they contradict reality. People like Neil deGrasse Tyson will deny that light existed before there were any stars but we know that is not true. Here is the correct order of creation: Heaven, earth, water, light, darkness, day, night & the firmament. But deGrasse Tyson just smirks at that, thinking that he knows better than God. And God has been very specific.
Later on God was going to be making all sorts of things (including stars) but no, for the astrophysicist at this stage not even water could exist.

How does he think the trees grew?

How many ways can you see in there that God is contradicted, laughed at as a liar who is ignorant of His Creation and doesn't know anything at all about anything He created? "How could such a made up God know anything about Salvation?" he might as well say. Astrophysics generally demotes the sacrifice of Jesus to meaningless drivel and people who place their trust in the deGrasse Tysons of this world are saying in effect that there was no need for a sacrifice at all. Are you a person like that? Have you accepted Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour? Time is running out. These last days will soon turn into the last day and that day could be tomorrow.

It's a city in England, and its most famous export is a certain 1960s music group who sang songs about Penny Lane and having a Hard Day's Night. If you want to joke about it, you can, as we're used to that kind of thing. Not just that, but us Liverpudlians have an interesting sense of humour, and we're not afraid to say things as they are (which can scare people off).

As for my genetics, I am of Anglo-Saxon, Celtic, Gypsy (Roma/Sinti), and (possibly) Ashkenazi Jewish (etc) descent.

It's where I believe in the possibility that there is a supreme being but it has to be scientifically proved. It's also where I form my own opinions about things like the beginning of humanity (I believe that we were created by extraterrestrials but that they are not showing themselves because they are embarrassed by what we are doing). I also don't have anything to lose (although I do wish I hadn't broken my nose when I was a child, as I'm more prone to colds now, and my sense of smell isn't what it was prior to the incidents).

                  Definitely not a star.

I did just recently pick up a brand new bible which I am currently reading. It's called Norse Mythology, and I know more about Thor and co than I did before I started reading it.

If you really want to learn something about Norse mythology, pick up one of the Eddas rather than a modern novel.

Norse Mythology may have been written by a modern author but it is full of Eddas, as Neil did a fair bit of research, and thanks to him, I now know that Thor's hammer (amongst many other things) was made by dwarves, and that they have their own version of Adam and Eve (Ask and Embla), plus other things which I had no idea about.

Yes, as nobody truly knows how life begins. That's where both creationism and evolutionism both come in, as both sides think that they have the answer.

The answer to your question regarding extraterrestrials is (like the beginning of life) nobody knows, although I'm sure that they will know at some point (in whoever knows how many years time).
