Of course, we think God is what He says He is, and that is written in the Bible.
We escape the Euthypro by seeing God as it is, and of course we must fear God, and love Him. We love God because we must, and there is no logic to break that.
WE MUST FEAR GOD, IT IS OUR DUTY
Ecclesiastes 12:13 - Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this [is] the whole [duty] of man.
AND WE MUST LOVE GOD

BUT IT IS MORE DIFFICULT THAN IT SEEMS, BECAUSE THERE IS NO FEAR IN LOVE

Only God can decide wether we love Him or fear Him too much or too little.
Fluffy bunny Christians also escape this dilemma, by having an imaginary God and using their own moral standards to create that God. God follows their imaginary standards, so it is not allmighty, but subjected to their individual perspective.
