It doesn't mean that we have to obey all laws of all countries, as there are many laws which are contradictory, so that would not make any sense whatsoever. it just means we have to follow the laws of the land where we live.

Don't you realize that submitting to all men be impossible, as different men have different opinions about what a woman is supposed to do? For example, I cannot at the same time obey a Christian man, a Muslim man, a Jewish man, and a Buddhist man, as their orders would be contradictory - moreover, following three out of these four would send me to !
