Secular "charities" don't care how much suffering results from sin … for them it's all about feeling good. Jesus knew that was wrong.

Still interested in any bibles you can donate; they'll find their way where they can do the most good. Did you know in Africa there are people dying of thirst? Jesus reminded us how God provides for the birds and would like to help the Africans, too. Sadly they reject His offers of water preferring to murder one another instead. Some of them have never heard of Jesus. If we can get them to accept Bibles maybe we can get them to dig a well or at least what water is produced into more hands than demon-possessed potentates and deranged pirates.

Oh, I do believe you have hit the nail right on the head there, dear Sister Basilissa. I had thought as much earlier, but I did not want to mention it, in case it would cause Mr. Snorty to go even further off "the deep end".

Why, this does remind me of the story that was told by our beloved when He mentioned about the time when the demons were driven out, and then they went into the pigs, and the pigs went running down the hill uncontrollably, headlong to a rather messy accident.

Matthew 8:28-32:
28 And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.

I am not a detective Mrs.White! I am just a strong minded, law abiding, god fearing, white alpha male who is a soldier, a troop within God's Gracious army and residing in beautiful Albania!

For all your talk of being an "alpha male" you fail to demonstrate any real commitment to the Alpha and the Omega. You dismiss the thoughtful and pertinent examination of God's Word and you insult various members of our church.

Really, there are children in church nurseries across the country who are better behaved and more knowledgeable of the Bible.

Were you even aware of this particular verse? Have you considered undertaking its wisdom in your dealings with others? Anyone who claims to respect the words of Holy Writ would not discount such instructions.


Try to examine the contents of your own heart to see if you can live according to such practices.

I applaud you, Sister Handmaiden, for being a perfect example of True Christian(tm) patience, trying to get through that thick skull. I fear, however, that your efforts are wasted, as even if you manage to pierce through the skull, your wise words will be lost in the empty space inside of that skull.
