Oh, and the main reason you've gotten a flow of badly literate Belgians here, I'm guessing, is that an excerpt of some of your views have been posted on a forum there, leading to well, investigation. Personally, I also despise the way some people on the internet abuse spelling openly...
It's generally best not to murder your parents, yes.

Literacy hasn't been the only problem, but also their inability to do anything but troll the forum with insults and idiocy. Your Belgian forum friends know nothing about the Bible, yet claim to speak for God. Is it a forum for the mentally ill, or developmentally disabled?

Well to get a human brain requires a tremendous investment in a human being; our children are helpless and must be cared for. Following the teachings of the Devil's prophet Darwin it would seem unlikely that a species could be viable in all the intermediate steps needed. It just seems like a lot of work for random chance that looks for the most babies.

Friend, can’t you not see the how Creationism answers all the questions in ways that wicked, hell spawned doctrine of Darwinism can not? Why are we here; Darwin says “dumb luck” but, since Darwin’s real agenda was to turn us all into homers, Darwin never answers why anything exists in the first. The Bible does, it tells us and invisible magical king in the sky created it all. Can you not see how The Bible deals with the whole story. I mean which makes more sense?

During the course of development as an individual, we supposedly go through all the phases we went through before. In other words, we go from tadpole to something fishlike, and from there on to embryo, phoetus, baby. I admit that that sounds awfully fishy (pun intended ), but I think this would illustrate it better: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recapitulation_theory.
Furthermore, it is indeed unlikely that a random creature would be viable, but that's where natural selection comes in.

Very true, Darwinism cannot explain everything. Then again, Darwinism does not try to explain why we are here, that particular experiment was conducted by Miller and Urey, who showed that our building blocks can easily be created out of carbon dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen and water. Darwinism only tries to explain how something so 'rudimentary' (they're not as simple as they look) as a bacteria could become something so advanced as a human being.
It's just that, when we look at how complex our body works, it leads to believe that there must be a complex process behind it. But since God is omniscient and omnipotent, I'm more than open to that suggestion.
What's your opinion on intelligent design, a kind of intermediate between both views?

The Great GOD Urghi was lonely so he pissed in the dirt and formed small mud statues of men. He then breathed on the men and gave them life. The men made little figures of animals and Urghi blew on them and all the animals of the Earth were created.

That is how we and all the animals came to be.

It's a kind of intermediate between the Truth and implausible far-left propaganda. I suppose that technically it's not as wrong as "pure" evilutionism, but that doesn't make it right.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

It's probably not what you think.

Intelligent Design is an attempt to water down the Word of God through "little lies" and deceive schoolboards into thinking it's actually of their religion, Science. This intellectually dishonest drivel is put forth by False Christians who are ashamed of God. No True Christian would support it, because it denies God and is an insult to Him and His Creation.

Allow me to give you an analogy:

Suppose you are writing a story for the local newspaper, and decide to quote Mark Twain. You have his book right in front of you, and know full well who wrote it. However, Mark Twain's not very popular in your town, so you are ashamed of reading his books and fear it will bring disgrace upon your family. So, you come up with a solution!

In your story, you paraphrase Mark Twain's writing, showing it as a quote attributed to "Anonymous".

Does this respect Mark Twain? No. Actually, it's plagiarism. And that's what Intelligent Design promoters attempt to do . . . plagiarize God's work and call it "the work of the universal creator". BAH!

                Friend,

I am going to have to call you on this Baby Fish Theory of your's. Christian scientists have shown that The Bible clearly implies that male seed is nothing more than miniature fully formed people looking to be planted in a "field" (a womb) so they can grow to be babies. May I suggest the Satan has clearly doctored the evidence here?

Yes, but there is no why answered in Darwnism. Creationism answers the why; what is the point of burning bacteria in Hell?

I have THE TRUTH(tm) from God Himself. Why would a need an intermediate step like Intelligent Design Friend? Since Darwinism contradicts scripture it comes from Satan, the father of all rebellion. To compromise with Darwinism is compromise with Satan himself.

Darwinism says there isn't a why, that we're just a product of chance, but you know that as well as I do. It does make our existence seem pointless, and although I have no problem with that, it does seem kind of... well, random and futile, illogical maybe even.

Furthermore I agree with OnYourKnees that it's neither here nor there, so I'm not exactly pro either.

And may I add how delightful it is to be able have an adult conversation, with people who know what their point of view actually represents!

Excuse me for bumping, but I have a question for you (the Pastors especially).
In the light of my recent tendencies towards True Christianity (I'm not there yet, but am trying! ), I'd like to be able reply under a new nickname. Apollyon is quite the non-conformist, and I think something more biblical would suit me and the forum better. Perhaps Poetic Peter and/or Enobarbus could suggest something?

Oh, and the pink colour of my name doesn't befit me in my humble opinion, but that's up to the Pastors to decide, once again (although when I see lilith and Rachael van Hullabalooza here, I'd sometimes think it fairly easy to become a member).

                    Kind regards!

Oh, and if it may be any help, my name translates as John.

The reason they're still here is simple. They were banned at least fifty times, but kept modifying their IP addresses so they could rejoin. Finally it was decided it was better to keep them here under our watchful eyes, than to let them run loose elsewhere.
