    Greetings From Norfolk

    Hello!
I'm new to the Christian Faith, but am eager to learn.
I attend a little church in a village called Lesingham, it's right in the middle of some wonderful fields, so we can sing Gods praises and look out on His creation at the same time.

I'm not married, as i'm only 20, and am currently studying at University.
I have the King James Bible. Is that the same as the copy your reading?
Apart from studying, i help my mum a lot in the household. She works part time, so it's only fair for me and my younger sister to do our bit.
The church i attend with my nanny is protestant, and my vicar is helping me sort my baptism out. My mum and dad aren't religious, so i was never baptised. But their glad i found God on my own, and fully support me.
I'm also hoping to start a Sunday School soon, so i can teach other children about God and the Bible.

I've just seen the " women with high self esteem" thread, and thought i'd point out that although i don't have a husband, my father has never had to punish me (Apart from when i was very little, and only then on rare occasions). I do as he says. And i always will, because i know he's smarter than me and will only do whats best.

It warms me to learn a nice young lady is seeking out Gods True Word on her own. Good for you!! I'm sorry to hear your parents aren't True Christians, but hopefully you can help them.

We use only the King James Bible, which is God's preserved word, so you're off to a good start.
The church i attend with my nanny is protestant, and my vicar is helping me sort my baptism out. My mum and dad aren't religious, so i was never baptised.
Actually, it's right that you should do it now. The Bible teaches believers' baptism, not that abomination known as infant baptism.
But their glad i found God on my own, and fully support me.
I'm also hoping to start a Sunday School soon, so i can teach other children about God and the Bible.
It's wonderful that you want to teach the Bible. Just be sure never to teach an adult class that includes men:

1 Timothy 2:12: But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

However, once you have reached a certain age, you will be more than welcome to teach the younger ladies in the congregation how to be proper True Christian™ wives and mothers:

Titus 2:3-5: The aged women likewise, that [they be] in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, [To be] discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

Questions to ask liberal "Christians"Things that the Bible doesn't sayTolerance

Norfolk you say? Isn't that area nearly overrun by the vicious terriers that have taken their name from your once fair city? I've heard they have almost completely wiped out the opposum population in that area.

No, its not. Norfolk is a county (like a state),

Ah, Norfolk! The BBC and politicians says it has 800,000 inhabitants and 4 surnames; many of the inhabitants have 6 toes (often webbed) on each foot and some have a single central eye in the forehead. It is also a hot-bed of Catlix. Is that right?

We have counties here in America, they are much smaller than states. For example, there are 58 counties in Godless California alone. San Francisco county and Los Angeles county are the worst ones. Although one of our members claims that Fresno county is the worst, this claim cannot be backed up with statistics.

As for the terriers, you mentioned both Norfolk and Norwich.

                        Norfolk Terrier

I did some research and the two breeds are very similar, both vicious killers of all manner of small game. The ears are the main difference, from what I gathered.

One thing I was not able to find was why the English decided to name what you call a "county" and a town after two such tiny yet vicious dogs.

If you think naming our towns as we did a long time ago silly, why copy?

There are only so many names in the world. Eventually, some have to be copied. Also, a lot of limeys came here and stole land that they named after towns they were booted out of. And no way are we naming a town "Tyneshia". Being you are political, I will forgive your stupidity.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
