    Re: Why?

I have a similar story; my Aunt passed away two years ago after almost a life time of suffering from heart and liver disease. Her body fell apart over decades and she died by inches. It was heartbreaking and unpleasant to watch.

As the other posters I asked Jesus "why such suffering to such a gentle and good person?". His answer back to me in my hearts of hearts was simple "Your Aunt was a Catholic whore who preferred to worship a false goddess, my mother, than me. Your Aunt spat in my face even after I died briefly for her two thousand years ago. Let's see if all the bums, sick people and children your aunt lavished so much time on instead of praising Me can save her from Hell." I rejoiced for as promised in Isaiah Christ had whipped my tears away.

Horrible agonizing deaths happen to people because they are horrible wicked sinners. No good Christian should spare these people a moment of pity.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

      Re: Why?

      1. Catholics do not worship Mary.

      2. Helping others is an act of worship to God, it's doing as Jesus would have done.

      3. Pity all who haven't found God, because their life could have been so much better. Help them find the Light, and it's even better.

Shame on you, Bobby Joe for your cruelty..

        Friend,

Your lies about the evils of Catholicism are worthless on me since it should be obvious enough that if my family is Catholic then it follows I was raised a Catholic. PRAISE Jesus He lead me clear of that lie.

If Catholicism isn't false idol worship then explain were candle lighting, praying to saints, popes, bingo and fish fries are in The Bible please.

I did take pity of my late Aunt and pleaded with her to repent and accept Jesus. However my own family had me thrown out of the hospital and were so closed minded as to called me a "crazed religious fanatic". My own mother called me a "monster who those crazy cultists in Iowa replaced my son with." My own mother!

As my story shows some people chose evil and depravity. No reasonable person can pity them for the choices they knowingly make.

Candle lighting is a symbolic way to honor those who recently died, like a headstone or a eulogy. Also, I never prayed to saints, I don't even know what you're talking about with that, we prayed about 5 times each Mass, and it was always towards God. As for Popes, Jesus first created the Papistry, and I don't worship him, and neither do other Catholics.

And I'm sorry your Aunt never saw the Light

I don't see a button to edit a post, but I worded something poorly on my last one:

"Jesus first created the Papistry, and I don't worship him, and neither do other Catholics. "

I meant "him" to be the Pope, not Jesus. My mistake.

Friend, be honest, there is a lot more to it than that.

Now you are being disingenuous friend. Hail Mary is to whom friend? Let me repeat this; I am an ex-Catholic and was educated in a Catholic school.

Well it is regrettable but it was her choice. This is to be expect from a woman who married a union carpenter and was a registered Democrat. It is clear to my now her hatred of Christ knew no bounds.

Please allow me to answer your question with some psychology. THIS IS NOT NECESSARILY WHAT I BELIEVE. THIS IS MY FRIEND'S VIEW. He said that as humans, we need some ultimate goal for our reasons. this is why we believe in heaven, because we need something to strive for.

So Viva-redemption, how have you been for the last couple of years? Do you pick up conversations a year and a half later in your real life as well? I can just see you walking up to someone that you haven't see in over a year and screaming in their face about something they said that they probably can't even remember.
