Thank you, but believe me, you do not want to go through what I had to, in order to receive that award. Whilst out in the city one day I took a wrong turn and found myself in the midst of a Gay Pride Parade. I didn't so much punch my way out as I did strongly rebuke the writhing Homo Mass with my handbag; that I carry a hammer in my handbag is beside the point.

Then there was the time a gaggle of elderly lezbos joined the Senior Ladies Lawn Bowls Club of which I am a member -- I found strength I never knew I had, bowling them over with my mighty balls, and following through with my handbag/hammer combo.

As you can see, it was a matter of self-defense.
