Taking care of my land is my biggest hobby. Love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and harvest season. I am a member of the carpenters house baptist church in germantown ohio. I enjoy doibg restoration woirk on my farm house and bank barn. I live alone and follow the romans scripture closely.Comment

Corn brings in $5 -$6 an acre, so you're not farming that otherwise you couldn't afford a computer. Black Raspberries will make $1,500 and acre but we'd know about you through GOP sources if that was your game.Originally posted by man4obedientwife View Post

Brothers, please let this young farmer respond before being too harsh with him.
Now I agree that an acreage that small would provide only a modest income, IF HE WERE DOING SOMETHING LEGAL LIKE A MEASLY FEW ACRES OF CORN OR A SMALL HERD OF ANIMALS!
Since this young gentleman obviously has the wherewithall to afford a computer and an internet connection, it's probably fair to assume he has some sideline to supplement his income.

220 acres is plenty to support a sizeable flock of sheep to take care of those, shall we say, PERVERTS, which Ohio is so well known for.
Not that there's really anything wrong with that - but I am notifying the LBC Tithing Unit(tm) to look for an rather large incoming donations in cash.
Not that there's anything wrong with cash, but certain local banks, in coordination with O'Bama's facist DEA Brownshirt units are doing drug residue tests on incoming cash deposits in excess of $100.
And here I'm talking about Wells Fargo which is headquartered in Kommiefornia and is well know for being managed by limp-wristed homos and use a trademark of featuring two Brokeback Mountain-types beating poor horses to pull a stage coach.
It's not like i don't want Mr. Man4obedientwife to feel unwelcome. I just want him to know that we are decent Christian Law Obiding Citizens(tm) and maintain a vigilence when Noobs(tm) come sniffing around.
