Hi, I'm James. I chose the username waywardJim because thats what my Christian friends call me. I was referred to the site by my friend Deven. She is the best! I am not a current member of a church. I attended several services in my younger days when I was searching for faith and of late I have also attended several services but not in search of faith, more just to spy on the Christians. As for my favorite bible verse I would say Ecclesiastes 1:1-3 NIV. Its the only part of the bible that I've read that I agree with. It was recommended to me by a hottie I was chasing when I was 17.

I am a Liberal Democrat and am proud to say that I voted for Obama. I joined the forum so that I could bring a little light to this _____ site. I say _____ because I just don't know what to call this forum. I look forward to chatting with the members here and hope that we may discuss things calmly. I want to understand how a rational person can have faith and I hope to teach theists how a rational person dose not have faith.

Are you aware that the "New International Version" is inspired by satan? In fact, the only Bible that is safe to read is the KJV1611.

Hello Mrs. Rogers, thank you for the infraction. I will proudly take my lumps while standing up for what I believe in. That is me hugging that tree. I am an avid conservationalist. This world is the only live we will ever have so we need to take care of Mother Earth.

Thank you Billy Bob I have actually already read the information in that link. I read over the site for several hours before joining. I wanted to make sure this was the right place for me. So far I have read a lot of "preaching to the choir" so I look forward to throwing in my 2 cents when needed. It's good to meet you all and please say hi to the Pastor Deacon for me, thanks.

It sounds as though you have not accepted Jesus? If you do not wish to accept Jesus for yourself, you should at least do it for your family, and at the very least for your employer, do you know how much of an embarrassment you are to your family and your employer for not accepting Jesus?
