Hi, my first post too, so i'll cut to the chase, I agree Christendom attached to Catholicism is part of the apostates spoken of to be wary of in the Bible, however, pastor Ezekiel, i'd like to ask , is this not a forum to have religeous discussions and be able to discuss different points or beliefs so that those who dont know better can be enlightend to the bible truths?

I also like how you completely ignored everything else except the one number that you thought was impossible. You've ignored the scripture, you've ignored the news reports, you ignore anything that doesn't fit into your own preconceived notion of what we should be.

No, retard, I said 1 out of 25 Priests have been accused of sexual abuse. And this is not from just some place on the internet. It is from an official judicial report. So stop moaning like a whore and accept defeat.

Brother, I linked to a thread that said it was 64%. Perhaps that was in one parish, perhaps it really is that high, I don't know. I just know that I would not leave my children alone near any priest. Or any catholic for that matter. I mean if they think child molestation is no big deal, why would I trust them around my own?

I never said that there are no priests that abuse kids. Although I can say that here in Canada that doesn't really happen often. I just came to talk civilised about religion, but obviously that wont happen because you all cant seem to get off that fact that there have been a few priests that have given the catholic church a bad name. It seems like all of you can only see that bad things that the catholic church has done and none of the good things (the good things far outweigh the bad things).

Such as damning people to hell? Should I ignore the fact that John Wayne Gacey was a murderer since he was also a "nice neighbour" and did charity work?

Oh and wasn't it Canada where the case first broke? At the Mount Cashel Orphanage in St. John's? Ah, on further research, that was no where near the first one, just the one that triggered the medias attention. Do you realize how much that case has cost the Government of Canada as well as the Government of Newfoundland?

But hey, it's all cool right, because they also clothed and fed the poor kids. It's not like they were treating it like their own personal brothel.

They just did all that to save themselves from eternal damnation. Those are selfish acts. When Baptists do good deeds we do it out of the kindness of our hearts, because we are already saved and forgiven through the blood of Christ. Josh, you claim you have never prayed to Mary. So, you have never said a single "Hail Mary", or any of the scores of other Catholic prayers to Mary? Somehow I find this difficult to believe.

You claim you do not believe that crackers and wine become flesh and blood. This is the Catholic doctrine of transubstantiation. You deny it. This makes you a heretic.

Frankly, it sounds like you could be on your way to becoming a Christian, if you could just stop claiming that Catholics -- who are pagans that worship a variety of man-made "saints" instead of Jesus, as clearly commanded in the Bible -- are Christians, you'd move toward God much faster.

Mary is dead. The "saints" are dead. They will all be dead until Judgment. They're not sitting around in Heaven listening to you pray and watching you light candles to them. They're dead until they are resurrected.
