I've known quite a few people, mainly Jews and similar subversives, who made the lifestyle choice of wearing glasses, and none of them claimed to be able to see bacteria. Looks like someone hasn't been checking their facts properly.

A scientists view;
Germs is a too vague word and generally has very little meaning.
Your hands are covered in residues that include bacteria, dust, grime and dirt etc.
Soap removes these residues from your hands.
Antibacterial soap kills any bacteria and removes them. Traces of the antibacterial soap can kill any bacteria that comes into contact with your hands for a while after washing.
Dust and dirt can't be killed cause they are essentially already dead.
