So, first of all, i want to say that i'm an atheist.

Yes, i do believe in science.
No, i do not believe in god nor in any other deity.
No, i do not seek "salvation" to my otherwise worthless life.

So, unlike 99% of the people here, i am not here to troll, make fun of you or try to disprove god. All i want to do on my short visit here, is to learn about your religious views and maybe gain some useful knowledge.

All you need to know about me is that i am an adolescent, atheist young man who lives in Europe.

Son, Jesus sent you here for a reason, and I doubt it's simply to learn about our views. I sense you want to be saved.

So let's get on with the saving, you'll need a Bible (the King James Version) and you'll also need a Prayer Closet - PM as my side project is setting them up ergonomically so you can spend the most amount of time praying in comfort.

When you have that set up, come back for more instruction.

This is a Christian forum, did you think we'd be sitting down sipping brandy praising you for your choice to stumble down the path to hell? It upsets me, it really does. You say that you are not here to troll, make fun of us or try to disprove God. Still you found it necessary to highlight the word "atheist" in your post, even though we clearly state that "unsaved are unwelcome" in our forum.
I find your behaviour very provocative, and I must say that it makes me feel great that your sinfull lifestyle will ensure you a eternity in HELL.

I have a couple of Bible verses for you, that I think you need to read and think about:

Psalm 14:1: The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Romans 1:18-32 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness.

But I suspect the one that is most relevant for you, Twisty, is the following:

Leviticus 18:22: Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination and this, a few chapters later: If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Are you an atheist because you think it is a free pass to same-sex attractions? If so, send me a private message about your thoughts and experiences in this area and I will help you pray away the gay.

So do we! We love science, as long is it is Scripturally sound. I am a Creation Scientist myself and somewhat an expert in the discipline of Applied Theophysics.

But if it is just conjecture, wishful thinking or arguments from ignorance, it isn't science and therefore of Satan.

We have much in common. We don't believe in "god or any other deity" either. But the triune God of the Holy Bible is very much a reality and we do believe in Him.

Friend - when you post on this particular forum yelling "I'm an atheist" how do you think we're going to take it? You're spitting in our faces, and we get this day after day after day. I can see you are not really here to provoke or attack, which is refreshing considering 99% of atheists come here to mock us. This is why you might receive a few glares, it's non stop.

You ARE learning about our lifestyles - this is what we do! We preach and try to save those who are NOT saved. Even though our message on the banner reads "Unsaved Unwelcome" (which means you) since you are here it is my True Christian duty to try and save you - this is what True Christians do. We live our lives dedicated to the King James Bible (KJV1611) and we follow it to the letter. It is the literal Word of GOD and to deny that...I shudder to think of the consequences.

Also, as Brother Alex pointed out, most atheists are homers and THAT is an abomination in the eyes of GOD. So, you're not a homer are you?

Our religious views may be readily ascertained by reading the Bible. Have you tried that? We have a handy Bible in a Year forum here, just for eager seekers like you!

Thank you for being one of the few honest atheists who:

Can properly spell "atheist", and

Admits that it is a conscious choice to reject/claim disbelief in God, rather than an "unavoidable conclusion drawn from preponderance of the available evidence" as so many atheists claim.

As for "trying to turn you Christian", why would we not? As an atheist, you are doomed to an eternity of torture in God's Lake of Fire. We don't wish that fate upon you, and would much rather see you join us in Heaven.

Well, with that attitude, there's not much help for you. Why would you want to go to Hell?

It's not some never-ending party in a hot cavern, with all the "cool people". It's a vast lake of fire which God has created, into which He will cast the devil, and atheists, and Hindus, and Catholics, and Buddhists, and Jews, and Wiccans, and everybody else who didn't worship Him as He required while alive. Once there, there is no escape, and you will never die, just be tortured in agony for ever.
