Thanks, but I know God rules over everything, I know he is unchanging, I know about the animal kingdom, I know God, despite what people here like to label me as.

I actually don't care what you people think of me, or what you think I believe/don't believe. You don't know me, you've never met me, and I'm glad of that. I will go to church in four hours time, worship my Lord and be happy in his presence with my family in Christ.

Don't we see all kinds of animals eating each other alive? Does this Predator/Prey system seem to be the work of a loving creator? God is a firm taskmaster and he doesn't abide sissies. I have to say though, that I have seen two kids with Downs Syndrome and several others with other conditions, saved and they are full of the love of God. How's that if God does not admit 'retards' as you put it?

The English Bible is translated . . . so you will not be following the Word of God to the very last period because words, phrases, meaning, and grammar are frequently altered or lost in translation.

If that is the case, then how do you know that what you are reading and believe in is true? Maybe the really important stuff is mistranslated or poorly translated too.

Maybe Jesus wasn't born of a virgin. Perhaps he was born of a young lady or maiden.

Maybe John didn't really mean to make Jesus say, "I and the father are one." Maybe he meant they are of one mind or in agreement.

I'm sure if I showed up to your church and started preaching that stuff, I would get laughed out of the place. Don't you think?

I didn't say I knew the Bible better than you. How am I to measure that? I cannot say I know it better than anyone, even people I know, let alone complete strangers on the other side of the world. I'm just asking some questions about your beliefs, as I do not understand some of them.

You said that your understanding was correct and ours was incorrect. If you no longer think so, then I will accept this as an admission of defeat.
