If you care to get a world atlas you will find that it contains not only maps and geography facts but also flags. So maybe you would look less stupid if you figured out how somthing works before you started talking about it.

May I ask you where in Sweden you saw this?
I have never seen anyone or heard anything about people masturbating in public so I find this very hard to believe. Think you're more likley to see someone masturbate in public over in the US.
