The whole concept of Satanism is absurd; Satan is just angel, in other words an extension of God. By worshiping Satan you are worshiping the worst parts of God. You are basically asking Him to be a jerk to you.

Satanists don't worship a literal Satan, but we worship what Satan represents, such as indulgence instead of abstinance, vital existance instead of spiritual pipe dreams, man as just another animal. Satan is just a symbol for reality and what humans really are: vicious animals.

I'd like to do two things. Firstly, I'd like to point out that she's talking about Modern Satanism (which is atheism). Theistic Satanists actually worship Satan as their deity. One is a religion (Theistic Satanism), and one is not (Modern Satanism). I realise that it doesn't matter to you people, because as long as someone isn't a Landover Baptist, they're going to hell anyway; atheist or Satanist, it makes no difference to you. But I just can't help myself, I have to educate, whether you're listening or not.

Why would I kill myself? I love this belief system! I get to live my life the way I feel is right intsead of having others tell me how to live it. I get to choose my own fate instead of others choosing it for me. Before I found satanism I felt trapped, like I was about to suffocate. But since I learned about satanism and started practicing it I feel more free and happier than I ever have.

Why would I kill myself? I love this belief system! I get to live my life the way I feel is right intsead of having others tell me how to live it. That's right!
Although a lot, possibly most, of Theistic Satanists are just teenagers who just want to "get back" at their parents and get most of their information from fictional movies. (I have a few former friends who were Theistic Satanists -- biggest potheads ever!)

Ahhh, sounds like you knew "devil-worshippers", not real Theistic Satanists. "Devil-worshippers" are inverted Christians. They believe in the Christan God and the Christian devil, but choose to worship the devil. Theistic Satanists don't believe in the Christian God, they don't see Satan as being a part of Christianity at all, to them He's a deity like any other Pagan God.
