Let's see if I can break it down a bit for you.

Matthew 7:1-5 is a call to salvation and a prohibition against rash judgment and hypocrisy, because we are judged according to the same standards by which we judge others. We must become saved and have our sin washed away, so that we may witness to others. We must become free of sin ourselves before we can see clearly to help others to become free from sin.

This passage is in no way a prohibition against judging in general. Jesus doesn't forgid judging when it is necessary, and He doesn't forbid forming an opinion on behavior that we know to be evil. They type of judgment Jesus is referring to is hasty, harsh, and unnecessary judgment. You will find none of that sort of judgment here.

    Well thanks for correcting me.

No need to be harsh with somebody that only ask to learn..can't ask a 6 years old kid what the answer of 125 x 23 is..Wont be able to answer because he didn't learn how to do this yet.

But it was the way i was seeing it. At your age you know more than you did when you were 23 years old don't you? well me i'm only 23, help me understand without making me feel ridiculous for not knowing something, please MR.

Miss Aphrodite a couple of things here:

      1. To multiply 125 by 23 is a simple thing; 125 is ⅛ of 1,000. Therefore by seeing how many 8s divide into 23 we see that if it were 24, then the answer would be 3 and thus, as we know that 125 x 24 is 3,000, 125 x 23 must be 3000 minus 125, which is 2,875.

I asked my grandson Zebediah, age 6, the same question and he came up with my answer and an entertaining Biblical quote.

However, when I asked my granddaughter, Milcah, aged 12, she merely giggled.

And here we have it, you are a woman and unlikely to understand much of what is told to you, therefore, just accept the Word of the Bible is True and a man will explain if there is any difficulty.

      2. The good and patient Pastor is saying that we True Christians™ may judge, so basically, your favorite Bible verse needs a little more reading around it. Should you become a True Christian™ you too will be able to judge.

In the meantime, just stick to judging things that are obviously wrong, like, homosexuality, murder, selling doves, and worshipping false gods.
