Please dear, do not lash out at Brother Portway, he has your best interests at heart. I am certain that he sees you a lost soul that needs to be saved. Now, you may not agree with his methods, but you should be flattered that such an honorable True Christian™ cares enough about you and your eternal soul to take time out of his busy schedule to try and help you. It would not hurt for you to show a little gratitude.

Oh, Rev. You are so demanding. Okay, well I best explain myself.
Wicca is a cult that was popularised by Gerald Gardner in the 1960's. The practices of Wicca is less than one hundred years old but we pretend it is older. Wicca recognizes two demons, a male and a female fiend who are both equally hideous, and some look at them look at them as one unified monstrosity. Other people can worship many or no demons because to some, hellspawn are just symbols.
First reason I am Wiccan: There are no established god or goddess one must worship, therefore giving one the freedom to do what we want, whenever we want.
Wicca is mostly an sex based religion. Wiccans believe in the powers of natural energy that wanton adultery provides. Our temples are the fires of hell, the raining blood, the hill with eyes, the mountain of lust, and all other places of sin and depravity.
Second reason: Our bodies and energy come from the homosexual within. Wicca focuses on the importance homosexual perversion and therefore it focuses on the importance of the self abuse. That is important because without our bodies and positive energy, we could not commit gay rape. I want to rape gays.
In Wicca, there is only one main established rule that all Wiccans must abide by: As ye harm all, do what ye will. This means that you must go out there and kill someone or sleep with your neighbor's spouse. That would be hurting someone and that is obeying the rule. You must even hurt yourself. This includes staying unhealthy, keeping yourself off balance and making sure you're hysterical and neurotic.
Third reason: Wicca stresses we are to hate each other. If we don't, then we cannot torture Christian babies with coat hangers. This rule ensures our survival.
Because Wicca states that we must hate each other, it is a religion of baseness and misery for all people.
Fourth reason: We don't deserve equal rights on this earth. Some races are sub-human and it matters who you are and where you come from. We should have more opportunity for lust and homosexuality than lesser races.
and Wicca ensures that only they will have that chance and opprotunity.
As the bible provides instruction on how to live for Christians and what they should and should not believe in, Wicca has an effigy of the Antichrist made of stolen pages of the bible drenched in witches' menstrual issue, which we dance naked around during the full moon.
Fith reason: as long as we harm everyone, we are free to grow. The bible limits your spiritual knowledge, but with the freedom Wicca ensure, the possibilities for gay rape are endless.
Now that about sums it up. I'm not saying your religion is wrong, indeed it is the upmost best for you. It is just not the best for me. Thank you.

While I appreciate your thoughtful reply, you still have not explained why you believe Wicca to be true . . . that was the question.

What is the evidence that makes you think Wicca is true?

If you are choosing a religion based on how it makes you feel, which appears to be what you're saying, then the religion's truth or falsehood is of no consequence; you might as well make up your own, or have none at all.

This is what I don't get.

We aren't Christians because it gives us a warm fuzzy to think of billions of people being burned alive in God's Lake of Fire; we are Christians because we believe it to be the Truth.

I like you guys too much I've been looking up on the book store for a good King James bible to research in. (I really am doing religious research) The problem is though that I have my kindle here and when I see the review for the bibles, they say pages are missing. So I'll probably have to visit a book store or find a local church. Although, I don't know if there is a church in walking distance and it's cheaper online. Oh well, ill figure out something. What are some of your favorite vurses and why? How do they speak to you?

The Word of God can be had for free if you just visit your local Independent Baptist Church and ask the Pastor for one. Make sure you ask specifically for a KJV1611 Authorized Version Bible.

I may just have misjudged you. You could well be a Republican.

We Republicans believe in "Drill Baby Drill!" to get all "the powers of natural energy that nature God provides"

Of course the trouble is that some of that oil was in mudslime infested countries and them sandnigras pre-stole it from God's People, so occasionally, we have to go out and get our Godly Birthright back again. (See the story of Jacob and Esau in the Bible or the smallpox blankets.)

Who refines your oil for you? Landover might be able to cut you a better deal.

Woman stabs herself during Wiccan ceremony

LEBANON, Ind. —

Katherine Gunther, 36, of Lebanon, pierced her left foot with the sword while performing the rite at Oak Hill Cemetery, police said.

Gunther said she was performing the ceremony to give thanks for a recent run of good luck. The ceremony involves the use of candles, incense and driving swords into the ground during the full moon.

Gunther said was aiming to put the sword in the ground, but hit her foot instead.

"It wasn't the first time I performed the ritual, but it was the first time I put a sword through my foot," she said.
