Here's the problem: Man CAN judge. In fact, God commands the righteous to judge others. If you had studied the Holy Word of God like I have, you would know that.

Leviticus 19:15
In righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

Do you know what Jesus means by "love?"

I will do you the respect of watching the video you sent me, if it truly comes from a place of love and a desire to save me for God, in your eyes. But I don't continue to reply because I want to "win" or "lose", only to share the Gospel that the Living Word, Jesus Christ did. That is our duty. Not to use the Bible out of context to support our own radical ideas of hate and violence. I humble myself and hypothetically wash your feet with love AND earnestly will pray for you and I would be honored and blessed if you would do the same for me. Twice now you have brought up the "context argument" to defend your position. I would encourage you to read in context those verses that Pastor Zeke mentioned. Let's take the first verse on his list, Lev 19:15, and put it in context.

I posted the whole chapter because you keep bringing up the "context defence." So here it is -- Lev 19:15 in context. Now please show us how the context supports your position. The burden of proof is on you. Verse 17 is especially important. You may think you are showing love by not judging. But if your neighbor sins, you must rebuke him. Failure to do so means that you hate him in your heart.

1 Jn 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

I find it very ironic that you are so keen on the "context defence" yet feel free to pull Mat 7:1 out of context

when the very next verse reads:

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

You tell us to question any man who leads us. I hope that was not a dig at Pastor Zeke. God commands us to submit to the church leadership.

God has also put checks and balances in place so that an office bearer's reputation cannot be ruined by the word of just one nut job.

If love is not the core of ALL your thoughts and words for any and all, saved and unsaved, Jew or Gentile, then you are not doing your best to emmulate the Living Gospel, Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was sent by Our Father in Heaven to show us the True way and to die for our sins. If you could not imagine Jesus acting or speaking the words you do, then pray and read the Bible. I say this as guidance that I, myself, follow not as a demand from a high horse. Pride can be a tricky tool of Satan that pits brethen against eachother!

Please tell Satan to BE GONE and ask God to guide you if you do choose to respond to my post. There is alot of hate and judement on here and not enough love and offer of earnest sincere prayer.

God showers us with just the correct amount of Love. Any more and man would become complacent, any less and people would be sad. So you see, it is a very fine line and only Jesus can walk it.

That was very encouraging Mr Hutchins. When left to my own devices I never get it just right and there is mania, sloth and grief. The degree of unhappiness is always blown out of proportion by fallen souls, stumbling in darkness. Doctors for example have us parroting their mumbojumbo, obsessive compulsive disorders, depressions, anxieties, mental illnesses where in reality the Christian knows these are demons, urgent to fill the void with teeming horror.

The joy we know in Him is made possible by Jesus' Perfect Sacrifice and by God's intervention in the world He's made, on our behalf. That is necessary because according to our own understanding we could never discern the path to true happiness. I know that as an unsaved wretch I misunderstood what happiness was, seeking the immediate thrill rather than anything which would endure. Imagine the reaction of a parent to a child's death. The sudden onset of despair, the cloying mantle of grief and although these things will endure they cannot really be described as joy. Such is life for those who reject Christ.

When God delivered the Israelites from bondage under pharaoh He led them into fulfilment. Throughout history we see these once chosen people as a sort of glorious barometer, showing us the unfolding of God's Plan For Salvation and assuring us of His never-ending Love (for us); just as surely as He led those (often ungrateful and complaining) people into The Promised Land so He undertakes to deliver us into everlasting Paradise.

The atheist has no such promise. Oh, they believe in God alright and know what He has prepared for them. Is that why they "obsess" over the death of infants Mr Hutchins? When Joshua considered Jericho he was confident and secure in God's Love. That wicked city knew all about God just as today's atheist knows all about God and both acknowledge what He has in store for them. Persisting in the darkness of barbaric evil is more important to these fools than anything that should happen to their children as a result.

Jesus is God. In John's Gospel it is explained how Jesus created the universe and the extent of His Love is revealed as He is whipped and mocked. Jesus is not some other god. Jesus is this God. Joshua knew that deliverance was within His ken and stepped forward boldly in Glory where the atheist would cower in grief.

When we recall how Jesus delivers us from sin and hopelessness we are reminded of His Majesty throughout the ages. For the wretched secularist God's Love is misunderstood as grief and sorrow. To the heathen mind a place like Jericho with all its murdered children, the thousands of chopped up mothers and the reeking fumes of incineration is just that: murder. It's all they will ever see. Without Christ in their lives the beauty of God's deliverance is invisible, the fulfilment of His Promises obscured. All they see is hate. Christians on the other hand have The Mind Of God and see in Jericho His Perfect Love and our certain hope for the future.
