At risk of being attacked, i am on this forum as a Catholic Christian. I am continuously desiring to seek truth. This is a safe bet, as Christ is the fullness of truth. I am looking to talk with anyone on this forum willing to have a loving conversation regarding our similarities and our differences in an attempt to come closer to God. I will not speak in a hateful manner and i ask you do the same to me.

Welcome to our forum, the Godliest place on the evil internets! You will find the people here to be friendly and helpful. Hopefully we can help you set your mind straight. Saying you are "Catholic Christian" is like saying you are "wrong right". See how silly that is?

So you worship graven images and eat death cookies? You believe that the pope (who is never mentioned in the Bible) is an infallible man. You believe that you cannot speak directly with Jesus for the forgiveness of sins?

What are you doing here? Have you no indulgences to sell?

The reason I say Catholic Christian is because as far add I've researched, the Catholic church is the only church with a credible claim to have started with the apostles. do you know otherwise?

Ok, are you also a vegetarian for meat? Or an atheist for God? Anyway, the truth is contained it the Holy Bible, the infallible Word of God: "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (John 8:32). Read the Bible from cover to cover and you will discover the truth and will certainly be convicted of all the UNtruth that is preached in the Catholic church.

I hate to burst your fraglie and clouded bubble but catlicks are not Christians. There is only one God, one God only that you must worship and you people pray to mary, a whore. How can praying to a whore be Christian?

You have to let the scales fall from your eyes. Look at what your church has taught you with a better perspective. Question its authority and its version of history. You will be surprised, and perhaps hurt a bit, but you will learn.

Yes, I obviously do. The bogus claim by the Catholics to be the one true Christian church has been debunked as heresy by most serious historians and theologians.

Here is but one example:

1. Why does it condemn clerical dress? (Matt. 23:5-6).
2. Why does it teach against the adoration of Mary? (Luke 11:27-28).
3. Why does it show that all Christians are priests? (1 Pet. 2:5,9).
4. Why does it condemn the observance of special days? (Gal. 4:9-11).
5. Why does it teach that all Christians are saints? (1 Cor. 1:2).
6. Why does it condemn the making and adoration of images? (Ex. 20:4-5).
7. Why does it teach that baptism is immersion instead of pouring? (Col. 2:12).
8. Why does it forbid us to address religious leaders as "father"? (Matt. 23:9).
9. Why does it teach that Christ is the only foundation and not the apostle Peter? (1 Cor. 3:11).
10. Why does it teach that there is one mediator instead of many? (1 Tim. 2:5).
11. Why does it teach that a bishop must be a married man? (1 Tim. 3:2, 4-5).
12. Why is it opposed to the primacy of Peter? (Luke 22:24-27).
