When you divide the circumference by the diameter, you'll get an answer something like 3.14. It will be the same every time (unless you measured wrong).

Actually, 3.14 is only approximately equal to pi. That's because pi is an irrational number. That means that when you write pi as a decimal it goes on forever, never ending and never repeating itself. The first six digits of pi are 3.14159, and that's all you need for most practical purposes. In most cases just 3.14 is enough.

Check out this webpage with a million digits of pi.

Usually in math we write pi with the Greek letter π, which is the letter "p" in Greek. You pronounce it "pie", like apple pie. It is called pi because π is the first letter of the Greek word "perimetros" or perimeter. But it was not the Ancient Greeks who first discussed the value of pi. Mathematicians in the Babylonian Empire, about 2000 BC, had already figured out that pi was about 25/8, or 3.125. By about 1700 BC, in the Middle Kingdom, Egyptian mathematicians calculated pi to be about 3.16. People have been gradually getting closer ever since, with early contributions from mathematicians working in China, India, and the Islamic Empire. By 263 AD, the Chinese mathematician Liu Hui had calculated that pi was 3.141.

Yes, in my vast studies as a Theomathematician, I have encountered a plethora of papers and works that see pi as a transcendental number. All are to be discarded by a Godly man, as they contradict The Holy Word of God.

Who are you going to believe, Godless mathemagicians with a multitude of rigorous proofs, or the timeless wisdom of God?

I really don't care how many proofs there are contrary to the Word of God, God says pi is 3, thus pi is 3. Case closed.

John 17:17 - Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

1 John 4:1 - Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Romans 16:17 - Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

Do you beleive everything you read on the internets? So called science is always changing it's mind. First the Earth was thousands of years old, then millions and thenn billions of years old

I confidently expect so called science to try and tell us pi is 8.34 in a few years.

Far better to rely on good old fashioned paper of the Bible. This never changes

Psalm 33:11 The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Typical atheist. If we don't come up with the answer you want, we must have done something wrong!

Friend, your problem is that you have no final authority. We know what you're trying to say. Our scholars have been over and over these issues. And, in fact, Landover even instituted a ban of anything circular being in a home once.

So what is your final authority? Ours is God. Men of great brilliance have debated and debated these issues for thousands of years, but God spoke from heaven and settled the issue forever.

We're not interested in Greek or Egyptian thought or false books written by satan. We are interested in God's Word...

I Sam. 3:10: And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth.
