Re: Greetings
Well, the Bible does say it, does it not? Yes, it does. And in fact, it says it in so many words...
Romans 11:7: What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded
So if God wants to damn everyone and save a ridiculously small percentage of the world like He did in the days of the great flood (I Peter 3:20-21), we can only accept it and move on (Matthew 7:13-14; 21-23).
Yes, God hates (and therefore, we hate) an awful lot of people, but don't make the mistake of thinking about the Bible or why it says something. That leads to infidelity and atheism (see I Timothy 6:20-21). Rather than worrying about wrapping our minds around this or that or how "extreme" we supposedly are, why not just read the Bible from cover to cover and do absolutely everything it says, realizing that anyone who doesn't is better off never having been born?
Can I get an amen on that?
