My dear, I don't think that God is so heavily concerned with what a girl wants. However, we know that all things happen for a reason. An True Christian, God-fearing girl has nothing to worry about, because God blesses His followers (Romans 8:28). Therefore, a legitimate rape is always God's punishment. Maybe He's punishing the girl for her transgressions, maybe for her parents' sins, or maybe He's punishing the rapist by forcing him to marry the girl.

So, what happens when a person who isn't begging to be raped gets raped? She gets married. I think that answers you question very well. If the person raped was a man then he would be killed along with his attacker but I don't think that's what you were asking.

Duh! Rape is a horrible crime. The fact that sluts beg to be raped does not make it less of a crime to have sex with a woman you are not married to.

God is extremely clear on the punishment for rapists! They have to marry the slut that seduced them!
