                If you are the partner of the invitee and have not seen the bride or groom before, it is wise to prepare yourself beforehand by searching the Intertube for scenes of horrific bodily mutilations. View these whilst maintaining a smile and repeating, “So good to meet you at last, I’ve heard so many good things about you.”

                There can be few worse social errors than, when the Bridegroom introduces his Bride, your instinctive vocalization is, “GHaaaaaaaaaaaa!!
