    Donating Bedroom Crucifix to Newylweds

This honored crucifix hung over the marital bed of the late Reverend and myself throughout all our years together. It was the first thing my eyes fell on in the morning and (as it glows in the dark) the last thing I saw at night. I would like to pass it along to another God Fearing couple now, so it might inspire them with His Holy Spirit as it did us. NOTE: This crucifix is LARGE and HEAVY. It will cost a pretty penny to ship, but is well worth it. Believe me! Truly one of a kind, and well loved.

We will not have merchants in the temple! The next thing you know, there will be the selling of doves!

    In the meantime consider
Mic:1:7: And all the graven images thereof shall be beaten to pieces, and all the hires thereof shall be burned with the fire, and all the idols thereof will I lay desolate: for she gathered it of the hire of an harlot, and they shall return to the hire of an harlot.

      Cookie, there's a problem here.

We are not Cathoholics. We don't pray to idols.

      A crucifix is an idol.

Perhaps "Father" Thomas Martin would be interested in bringing that item into his bedroom, but we True Christians(tm) would burn it as blasphemous.

THANK YOU, Sister! I see now I was right to want it out of the house! At first, it merely reminded me so of the late Revered, a bitersweet memory...but NOW it would only remind me of SHEER DEVILTRY.

I appreciate your pointing out the evils of these "false idols". I will be more vigilant.

I just tried to follow your advice. But it's apparently made of a rubbery latex and/or some silicone product, and it melts with the fumes of hell.

Yet this is my cross, and I shall bear it.
