I long for the day when I meet an american who isn't completely arrogant, ignorant and so deluded that they think everyone in the world even cares what the USA has to say on anything.

You seem to care about what America thinks since you made an account and posted a message on our American forum.

Pretty much every country hates the USA or openly ridicules it. Everytime we hear comments like these, it just gives us more entertainment and more reason to hate you (if we ever needed one).

Why do you have so much hate? Don't you know Jesus will love you if you choose Him to guide your life?

When the New Zealand Department of Internal Affairs started filtering the Internet in 2007 they told no one about that. Only when they were forced to admit to it, in 2009, they reluctantly told everyone what they had been doing already for several years. So I am curious why you think they are now suddenly telling the whole truth when they claim they only filter just a few things.

That could also explain it, but I think New Zealand internet censoring is a more plausible explanation.

Well some of us are unsure on how parliment works. I have no clue why they only brang up the issue now if it has been going on for a few years. I have only seen some filtering happening since january.

it could. well maybe the American internet supervisor (what do you people call it) maybe eases what goes on the internet because thats why you might have found that image and we didnt.

With all due respect to those of you who do not know New Zealand as much as the citizens & residents, I have read through these very entertaining 9 pages, eagerly waiting to reply.
Firstly I'd like to say, Mr. Cranky, that I'm glad your condemnation of New Zealand has compelled you to do some research of our humble country; I'm aware that from the United States, New Zealand is a country shrouded in mystery, as a sparse few Americans know more than nothing about New Zealand.

New Zealand has the highest amount of sheep rape cases in the entire world. And this is not just per capita! Leviticus 18:23 "Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion."

I'm aware that there has already been discussion of this point, however for the record, sex acts with sheep is extremely rare in New Zealand. I do not doubt that sheep rape exists in New Zealand, however no country with sheep can say that there are no cases of sheep rape within thier counry.
I'd like to also add that... although I do not have the accurate recent statistical evidence that New Zealand doesn't have the highest amount of sheep rape, I doubt that you, Mr. Cranky, would have any accurate recent statistical evidence either to support your claim of New Zealand having the highest amount of sheep rape. (please excuse my repitition of sentances, I wish to communicate my point without the possibility of it being lost or misunderstood)

I have seen the term "sheep shagger" used here, I'd like to say in support of the response from Freeks-Angel: "it is a joke they created". There has always been contempt between groups of individuals from Australia and New Zealand, and thus insults were created.
