Quite interesting you mention that... Denmark and the people of Denmark actually uphold their churches ( Yup christian churches ) with government money. They dont need to go out and beg for any money from the users, but they have all their expenses covered by the government.

The Danish government does NOT allow homosexuals to be married in a church. They do allow it to happen if the mayor want to do it but it is volunteer for all parties included. You cant force anyone to do it if they dont want to.

Prostitution is legal, but it is illegal to make money off the prostitutes ( i.e pimpin ). Mr. Dewitt i am not a religious man, but i have read the bible more than once... And correct me if i am wrong, but isnt there a point in the bible where jesus forgive the prostitute for her sins before he forgives his disciples?

And yes... Feel free to go on, I am not ashamed of my country as you think i should be. I do still believe that the freedom for people to make their own choices are rated higher than what others think they should.

So after 83 pages of reading, I've come to the following conclusions.

1. Denmarkians hate childrens books. Why else are they throwing fits over saying Pipi Longstocking is from their country.

2. Color blindness is common there, why else do they freak out about the colors of the flag.

3. They're absolutely fine with rape, prostitution and bestiality since nobody seems to be complaining about being called out on those.

4. As much as I wanted to go see where my ancestors are from, there is no way I'm putting one foot anywhere in Scandinavia since I'll be over run by vicious rampaging vikings. I'm basing this on the reactions in this thread.
