This is so easy. This book is based on real characters, i dont know if the story itself is though.
Biographys are also about real people.

But it is not just the Americans. It took me about a year to tell my bank I no longer lived in the Netherlands, but after I finally mailed them my change of address notice, I saw that they were now sending mail to the correct street address, but that they had specified Sweden as a country. The amazing thing is that the post delivered the mail just fine; they probably just go, oh another Zurich, Sweden. Just put it on the stack.

And all that is just the beginning. You also need to read your Bible every day to get to know Jesus better; talk to God in prayer every day; be baptized, worship, fellowship, and serve with other Christians in a church where Christ is preached, and the Bible is the final authority; tell others about Jesus Christ; and everything else that the Bible tells us to do.

All those things are terrific and will definitely lead to a better relationship with God- but they don't determine our salvation. The only thing that saves us is accepting that Jesus is Lord and savior. Remember: "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (Matthew 7:22-23)

We do sin- 1 John 1:8
but God sees us as sinless since we have allowed Jesus to be the sacrifice for us- 1 John 3:9
sin MUST be punished- Romans 6:23 and Galatians 5:19-21
God cast his punishment on Jesus: Romans 8:3

No, God would never hate a whole nation.

You're forgetting that this was in a time period before Jesus and when God's judgement reigned. God will not destroy entire nations until Judgement Day. For now, every single person, no matter what country they're from, has the oppurtunity to receive God's grace and escape Hell.

What you guys are doing here is taking the verses as your flesh reads them and not even attemptng to connect it with the overall theme of God's message. If you did that with the whole gospel, then Jesus' metaphors would be nothing more than stories of lost animals and widows giving coins away.

Let me show you the difference.

Robert E Lee; war hero in a literate society with modern mass communications and wide spread literacy.

Jesus of Nazerth: lower social class holy man in a society were only the social elite were literate, everything else was word of mouth.

Unless you were a Alexander the Great or a Julius Caesar (ie someone in the elite to begin with) you didn't get written about. You're demands for a biography of Jesus is ludicrous. You can not apply modern standards to historical figures outside the modern period.

What's next Melkor, you going to demand Jesus drivers license number as proof?

The most interesting fact about religion overall is that its mostly "stupid" people who belive in religion, almost all intelligent people have discarded religion on the basis that it makes no sense, to many contradictions.
