I do know that Christians belive in the bible. I have been studying religion a few times.

I the bible were true I would still not live by it since it is discriminating against people who for example are homosexualls. I would not be able to hate people for being different then the bible says. I would have rathered burn in hell with the discriminated people than enjoying heaven while knowing that people were tortured at the very same time.

Since we can't prove that God doesn't exist the bible is not a reliable source of information since nothing is there to support it.

Evolution on the other hand is possible to proof, feel free to read about it and learn what it says before saying it is fake.

This is what I don't understand about atheists. With all due respect the Bible tells us that sex with animals is very wrong indeed but what is the atheist reason to not do it?

It is a very difficult thing to be a Christian: before I was Saved I had two friends who where gay. They were the nicest couple you could care to meet.

But when I found Salvation in the Blood of the Lamb and read the Bible I (as Christian) had to tell them they were dirty abominations and that they would have to go to Hell.

It broke my heart. But you can't be 60% Christian.

As I've said before, I do not need a bible to tell me that sex with an animal is wrong. I can't understand how you can even compare 2 adults having sex with a human having sex with an animal.. Makes no sense at all.

You say some rapists.. When is rape okay? It is never okay to force somone to have sex..

It breaks my heart that you felt the need to let go of your friends because they fall inlove with the same sex..

Deuteronomy 22:28-29 "If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found; Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days."

Clearly, if the rapist pays the father then it is okay. No harm, no foul.

Look, no offence but this is basic Christian theology. It's pretty weird criticism, if you ask me. There are billions of Christians so this can't be a shock to you.

If God created everything, he also created sin, evil, hate and other horrible things. Also he created a free mind. Why do that if he still would punish people who didn't obey? It makes no sense.

I feel sorry for you when you say you'd probably be in prison if you weren't a christian. You must be very weak if you can't follow the laws without the bible. I'm an atheist and I've never commited a crime. It is not hard following the laws that we have. I don't even have to read them to know what is right or wrong. I hope that you one day learn the difference all by yourself.

Maybe you've never committed a crime, but you have broken God's law. All have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God (Rom 3:23).

I still don't belive in a creator. Evolution is a proven fact. The theory of big bang is also very beliveble according to tons of experimenting on the subject. So the universe was a tiny little thing that exploded.. And so on. Just read about it yourself.

Well all religions say theirs is the right one so that is not a proof.

A scientific theory IS fact. Check the meaning of the word and you will se it. It is something that it proven right, witch evolution is. You can read lots about it and go to museums to see fossils if you want to.

No it's not. There are religions much older than yours. Hinduism for example. The oldest parts of their books are written about 3500 years ago. The big religions today comes from different earth religions. One of the oldest earth religion is probably from the aboriginal Australians who lived isolated and undisturbed for at least 40 000 years.

The earth is only 6,000 years old if you tally up the genealogies in the Bible. Noah's Flood happened about 4,500 years ago, so the abbos couldn't have been here any longer than that.
