We just read and follow the Bible. We are the only Church I am aware of that does not just select verses that fit their world view. You have been lied to since you were four. You need to take that up with your parents. If God's words and the teachings of Jesus upset you then hard luck. Read the whole Bible and stop being so pathetic.

Who are you to say that my church and parents have lied to me? My church teaches STRICTLY from the Bible, as a matter of fact, go look them up on their Website. The name of the church is 'Community Bible Church'.

You, my friend, have deviated from the true meaning of the Bible. You say woman are inferior, to point out just one of the many misconceptions you people seem to hold and love so dearly....tell me, where does the Bible say we are inferior?

I'll tell you: NOWHERE. It says we are created to be HELPMEETS. It does NOT say we are inferior.

And you say black people are cursed. Try telling that to the millions of converted blacks in Africa, I'm sure they'll love you for it.

1st Corinthians 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
1st Corinthians 14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

All New Testament verses. Does you Church follow this? Are you silent in Church or are you lying to me?

No, it's not true, nor is it true that we all wear bowler hats or flat caps and talk like Dick van Dyke. The trouble with a lot of Americans is they think the USA is the centre of the universe, don't take the time to research other nations and think all nations should be exactly like their's. I have recently been watching a television series in the United Kingdom - Living with the Amish where a group of English teenagers spend time living the life of various Amish families. Now those Americans I like a lot judging by what I see. I will get a better view of your average American citizen when I visit relations over Easter. It will be my first visit to the USA and I am looking forward to it very much (as long as I don't getting asked if I'm Australian!)
