I am just defending my country. I'm not offended, i'm doing my job as a Portuguese. Those who are saying i'm "stupid" and things like that are just being hypocritical because they would do the exact same thing if someone was insulting (see, i didn't use bad words, i'm making progress) their country.

As for not knowing where Portugal is, well, why would I possibly need to know where Portugal is? I also do not know the atomic number for imodium or how many symphonies were written by Shakespeare, but that does not mean that I cannot live a fulfilling, Christ-centered life and then ascend to Heaven to live next to Jesus when I pass away. And I doubt there are enchiladas in Heaven anyway, so what's the point of Portugal.

Seems like our poor friend here thinks he's in some sort of a pissing match to see who has traveled the most far. What this poor soul doesn't realize, is that the distance and quantity of travel are not important, it's the quality that matters.

Wherever this poor soul has traveled, I'm sure he (she? it?) was staying in hotels and eating in restaurants replicating the standards of living/types of food that he's used to, and was never exposed to actual native culture. (Except the kind that is sold to tourist by the pound).
