No electricity in the Hutchins kitchen. I did not want the Mrs. to electrocute herself putting a plugged in mixer in the sink. No gas either (she'd put her head in the oven to see if it was hot and suck all the gas), food tastes best when cooked over hardwoods.
Manual juicing of my fruits and nuts makes for a strong forearm.
