Re: WIVES TAKE NOTE: A proper day's cooking!

Thank You Jeb. I encourage Fasting Unto the Lord most days of the week in my home. My son however sneaks food at school.
Fasting is Purifying Oneself unto the Lamb. Not roast lamb, I mean the Savior. The money saved on food is out into the the Holy Collection Plate.
Also a bottle of the Blood (red wine) goes down in a most edifying way on an empty stomach. Most nights.

Thankyou for this educational thread! I will make sure that, when I am married, my husband receives this kind of meal every night, on time, without fail. It is my duty and honor to serve my future husband.
      Jesus loves you.
What further incentive do you need?

Pre-Christian women in Europe were independent

The fall of Pagan woman and the rise of Christian man
            http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/ch...?threadIndex=2

Was the change from the Pagan to the Christian just an excuse to get women off the "top spot"?
Women, as bearers of children, were revered in communities and pre-Christianity, there was little or no focus on the child bearing woman being the property of or under the control of, one man. Why did the natural act of continuing the human line without the title of "wife" become a sin?
Power and control - big issues.
Here's another... In many Pagan communities, the woman was not just independent, she was allowed as much access to leadership as a man. For example, the skills of the herbalist were uniquely passed through the female line.
We have moved on today but not so very far. We still debate if it's ok to be equal, to be paid the same for the same work. It's a sad legacy from very old rules.
The woman is the heart, the man is the head, the ancient Egyptians when mummifying a God King took out the brain and threw it in the trash but the heart was put in a sacred jar. The head is the seat of the ego; all the ego does is hold you back.

The Mayan calendar horoscope for 2012 is a lunar cycle we are leaving a solar cycle, the lunar cycle is female.

So women step in to your power, don't bow down to tired old men, you will be the leaders of the new golden age

There is no such thing as a "pre-Christian man or woman." God Created the Earth and Christ was there at that time - Christianity is the first and only religion.

The woman is the heart, the man is the head, the ancient Egyptians when mummifying a God King
The Egyptians were heathens, worshiping false gods - every Egyptian born is condemned to Hell.

The mayans are a failed state, a failed civilization and a failed people - they too are in Hell because they gave women the upper hand.

So women step in to your power, don't bow down to tired old men, you will be the leaders of the new golden age
Take this advice and rot in Hell.

1st Corinthians 11:8 For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.
1st Corinthians 11:9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.

Walt, I could not agree more that the pig of a woman should cook her man's meal. She indubitably lives in the lap of luxury, being given an electric iron and vacuum. Probably as a gas or electric stove too!
It is entirely possible he should take his wife out for a change, treat her to night of discipline, show her just how much he cares.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

How about short sirloin steak from a freshly killed Nelore bull soaked in beer for 15 minutes before going to an open flame on wood?

                        My father absolutly loves it!

Well I had to look up Nelore, interesting do they make good beef?

we tend to eat lowline beef since our family is so small. They're basically just a small bred angus, so quite tasty.

As for cooking over the open flame, you're allowed to do that? My husband takes over all of the outdoor cooking.

They make wonderful beef! The hump in their back is pure fat, so if you puree that fat with salt and rub on it (but not too much) it will leave the steak very juicy. My dad has about 1000 Nelore heads in 4 different ranches in Brazil, so he always requests a bull to be killed when we visit.

I only prepare it. The only way I cook it is when my dad is too tired and my brother does not go to oversee the farms with us. Even then my dad sits right beside me and tells me exactly what to do
