Your paster is free to join us in worship and praise here! If he truly has some insight that is inspired by the Holy Spirit, as revealed through the Holy Bible, he will be well received indeed! Perhaps he will see, we are not "trolls" as you call us. We are simply True Christians(tm) who believe the LORD is trustworthy as He says He is.

@Didymus, I'm not here because I like debating the Bible, I'm here because most of this board is hilarious. Some of the wild and crazy stuff you guys come up with cracks me up.

Read: try to convince them of what it really means.

Why do you tolerate him insulting your intelligence, by discounting your ability to read and understand the words as written in plain English?

We already have the Gospel. This whole site is dedicated to Jesus.

I don't get what point you are trying to make.

Your presence here exposes that as blatantly hypocritical, on at least two levels.

Still waiting for you to show where a True Christian™ has mis quoted the Bible(KJV1611).

As you have read it cover to cover it should not be too hard should it? And if your Pastor is so great, have him sign up to prove he's not just a light weight Christian who loves the gays and thinks lesbians are people too.

Well then give me your pastor's name, address, and phone number. I'm not afraid to meet with him in person and hash things out.

As ever Mary, your gentle, compassionate words are like balm unto mine soul.

Even though this 'turdbear' character is obviously some atheistical troll I shall pray for him.

    God bless you, Mary.

No dear, it's called Cognitive Dissonance. These people you talk about simply don't allow those parts of the Holy Scripture that interfere with their personal moral code to compute into their minds. They gloss over or interpret otherwise uncomfortable sections against some modern 21st century ethical consideration. It's so common that people think that's the way it should be. Some 40,000 protestant denominations have been created because of this. On the contrary, we are 100% faithful to the actual Word of God, not some modern interpretation of what the Word of God must really mean taken into account with what we know about the natural world today.

False study tools will help no one discern the Truth.

So you think that God wants us to guess what a verse says rather than, you know, read the words?

When Lev 20:13 says that the gaywise should be put to death what does that really mean?

As opposed to that God wants queers killed

That's just proof that most Baptists either haven't read the Bible, or ignore the majority of it if they have.
