Exactly what type of "gown" are you planning to purchase? This is a Christ-centered event and only the face and hands of any woman should be visible.

I'm starting to think this young lady needs a matron to keep her in line. Is there a True Christian™ Sister among us that will guide this giggly young thing to Christ?

Brother Porter, there's no need to concern yourself with my needs. However, if you must know, I have it on good authority there is an excellent little Amish shop past the creek that carries an elegant variety of full body coverage wear and the prices are as good as Walmart.

I called Roger to tell him the good news. His trained companion monkey, "Skippy", picked up the phone and held it to Roger's ear and Roger was so excited he fell out of his wheelchair.

Since I'm not into the "girly" stuff, I will leave it to your good taste to find something appropriate.

I, myself, will be wearing something in line with what Iowans are most considered with. And here I'm talking about an Iowa Hawkeye sweatshirt in honor of their win over Eastern Illinois last weekend.

If you would consider it, there are also sweatshirts proclaiming the message: "Beat Iowa State", in anticipation of the upcoming game against the Iowa State Cyclones this weekend. (I have it on good authority that Officer Don Richards is a "Clone" fan, and this might be a good joke on him.) I will leave it to your good taste to choose something appropriate.

If you require any other suggestions on the evening, please post them here.

(By the way, Roger is working on a whole new trick to entertain you. I think it involves juggling some sort of "lady things" on this nose.)

Roger, tragically, is a quadriplegic, but a lot of fun. His wheelchair is a bit on the bulky side, but we can fit you in very well.

What a wonderful event. I’ve never been to a political fundraiser before, and I hear the food is fabulous. I would really like to go but can’t afford it... nor should a lady attend alone.

This is going to be so much fun, I can hardly wait for it.

Jolene says she won't be bringing her wonderful cough medicine. She plans on cruising the open bars and enjoying all the same type of brands she discovered in the motel room mini-bar in Boise.

Roger is appreciative of the high chair, bib, and drop cloth that will be provided for him. He's practicing a new trick, juggling three champagne flutes on his nose. He's asking the drop cloth be padded "just in case."

Dolly and Dottie are very excited about meeting the special guests Rev. Osborne is bringing from the west coast. They really want to show them the "lay" of the land here in the Freehold area.

I assume there's a fully stocked bar, but could you please arrange for a private bar near my tables. I'll cover any costs you incur, of course.

Also, James, I had a chat over a box of donuts with the DA, and he assures me that this little incident involving you and the stoning of the young lady from Des Moines is all settled as far as he's concerned.

Praise Jesus, Ocf Richards how did you do it? That man was dead set on giving me life with out the chance of parole. Shout Glory, I am out of trouble, God has sent me a messenger and his name is Sheriff Don W. Richards.

Brothers and Sisters in addition to the silent auction Don and I have a little idea. For the small sum of $500.00 you can have your photo taken with our next Sheriff. Think about it, an 8x10 full color glossy photo of you and Don hanging in your den!

Put me down for Three full tables. I'll be bringing an entourage. I have some real estate friends from California that I'm bringing along. They are interested in developing Freehold, and this would be a wonderful event to introduce them to city politics and get in good with the elite.

I will also be accompanied by several of my recent Ladies of the Lord ministry program graduates to keep me and my developer friends entertained through the evening.
