I read that and thought, “There’s probably some hope here for young Snowflake.”

I like the idea that you think your place is “right next to him”; I see you define your position in the world through a man – that is good for a woman and is as it should be. For Eve was created not as an equal, but as a Help for Adam. And was not she created from his side? And where do you stand? At his side. Why, it is almost as if God ordained it!
He loves me enough to respect me and respect what I stand for. I give him the same.
Ah, the confidence of young love is always touching. Please have him read Proverbs:21:9: and 1st Corinthians 11:3.

When you marry, also note that a man marries a woman but a woman is married to a man. It is not for nothing that the verb is so used.

Have you ever played Paintball? It's a lot like being in combat. I'm better as a sniper, but I can do some running. Getting shot hurts like hell though. Your skin welts up and stings.... The pellets come out of the barrel at about two hundred miles per hour and they're hard plastic. This is no game for a wuss.

You will notice that while I am his fiance, I am my own woman. I am an idividual with singular thoughts, ambitions and desires. I am equal to my Anthony and nothing will ever refute that. We are equally matched in just about everything.
He's the tower of power, Admits no shame, Untouched, crushed, will remain, To one, to two, to three, to four, Heading straight for an open door, He can see, what he can't feel,

How cute! Of course you are my dear.
I am equal to my Anthony and nothing will ever refute that.
You didn't read those Bible verses did you? They refute it.
We are equally matched in just about everything.
You've got a luxuriant mustache too?
              (i) His brain is larger than yours by 33%.

(vii) He does not insist on having the last word
(viii) He can get the entire message across on a telephone in less than 3 minutes.

              I could go on...

Your words are brave but they are cheap - at best your fiance allows you to have this feeling of superficial equality. I do it with my dog from time to time but we both really know where we stand.

Look back on this in 10 years time and you'll be saying, "Bathfire had it right - basically it works best if I help my husband and know my station."

In combat bullets do more than sting. I wonder if you mean the muzzle velocity is ~200 FEET PER SECOND. Is that what you mean?

Oh, I slipped. Thanks for noticing it.
I meant the gameplay is a lot like a combat situation.
I used to watch my brother play (I have two) and I've been playing since I was ten.
